Justin A stop by to see what needed fixing, it was the drain values that was leaking, immediately he knew what tools and parts he will need to get the job done, and started right away.
Justin is very friendly and knows what he is doing and he is such a cutie pie just wanted to throw that in, I mention to Justin if me and my husband had to figure out how to repair these type of leaks I can guarantee we be divorce the next day.

This would be my second Yelp review for Allen's Plumbing. I had some work done by another company they came three times for a toilet that first of all had a broken handle, they came again because the installation was off and the third time came back because the chain was getting caught under the flap. And all transparency I was not charged for the third appointment by the other company. Today June 2nd I noticed the toilet had been sounding a little strange but today started to flush on its own. Today when I called the office to check and see if they could come out today the receptionist was wonderful, she was friendly, professional and responsive she checked to make sure there was someone available to help me, and thank goodness there was. She advised me that Davin would be able to be by shortly. Respectfully this is the same customer service oriented person that came out to replace the faucet in my bathroom. He came very quickly came up check the toilet found there were a number of issues with it replaced what needed to be replaced and had not been. Before leaving and just handing off a bill this customer service oriented employee check the toilet again making sure it closed properly it flushed properly. They're also the new handle push the other company installed he did tighten it if there's any issue with it in two days he suggested I let Allen's Plumbing know so they could come and replace the part. Again, with the understanding that as it is now it should be fine because there were other things that were not working appropriately. If I need them again you can guarantee I will call them. If you have been with the same plumber for the past two decades and are happy great! If you have any issues I respectfully suggest you give Allen's a call. Everyone has different expectations of customer service, I have great respect for this company and their employees.

Tech has knowledge of latest advancements and improvements of daily dealt with mechanisms from different companies he has to deal with. Super pleasant and patient.

Work done was excellent. But honoring appointment is a lot to be desired. However, I would hire again.

The technician was able to get it issue resolved on short notice. It cost $544 to replace this cold water valve under our sink. There wasn't a clear way to isolate the water supply despite turning it off, line was still energized. We leaned on their abilities to resolve issue and provide a 1 yr warranty for the work. Would recommend!! Andrea the dispatcher was kind and considerate and Daniel was professional through and through!

Jesse was on time. I needed to change my washing machine shut off valve. He explained what the process would be and will get to the right person to provide a proposal.

The very courteous and well uniformed team arrived on time and did a beautiful installation. I am very impressed withe the finished installation and love the look of the new Rheam heat pump hybrid heater. I hooked it up to my home WiFi and can now monitor the heat pump from my phone. Very impressive! Thank you Allen’s Plumbing for the great service.

They were really friendly, helpful, and thorough over the phone. They showed up when they said they would. The plumber was nice, fast, and gave useful tips to prevent future issues.

I discovered a problem on Thanksgiving Day. Water was backing up in the sink of my bathroom. I tried (unsuccessfully) to fix this problem while simultaneously preparing a sumptuous dinner. This morning, acknowledging my failure, I called Allen’s. Jesse did a great job and explained everything. He also suggested some things that might prevent future problems. If given a choice when calling for future assistance, I would definitely ask for Jesse.

Jonah showed up on time with another young man and happened to have the part for my daughter’s shower in his truck. They did an excellent job! Two very nice young men!

I would have thought when he was given two Kohler instruction manuals that he would have at least looked at them. He did not. He just listened to my words, that if you couldn’t fix, “I would get Geek Squad out to finally install the electronic faucet.” He didn’t even try. And you charged me almost $300 for his service. What a rip off. You can be sure that if anyone asks me about your service, I will reply negatively. He didn’t even try get the water to run. One of two things he that needed to be done.

Jesse was the technician who came to clear a shower drain which we usually have trouble with every couple of years. He did a first check on the main line which was ok then snaked the smaller line which is tied in to my kitchen sink and laundry tray. He was done in a short time then explaining how a camera in the line works if we chose to do this in the future, since I asked. I have used Allen’s plumbing in the past and always have had straightforward and good service so I’m sticking with them for any future plumbing service.

Nice guy did a fine job. Explained all options and prices before starting work. Got same day service. Fixed leak under sink and replaced pop up valve.

Jonah did excellent work with our Shower installation. If Jonah encountered any problems, he would advise us accordingly and provide solutions which met our complete satisfaction. Jonah is very knowledgeable, does excellent work, and very neat.

Davin is knowledgeable at his craft. He arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous at all times. He took the time to explain what and how he would go about servicing us. We wanted to see the condition of the inside of our pipes. Davin shared what he was seeing with us and was able to pinpoint our problem areas. He even took the time to gather information for a quote to replace the degraded section of pipe. Much Mahalos Davin!
