We had a great first time home-building experience with Saddlebrook! We were too overwhelmed going full custom on new construction and loved that there were so many floor plans to choose from. They made the entire process easy and worked with us on some modifications we wanted, especially with our finished basement. The building process was transparent and we were able to see the construction. The structural and architectural quality are top notch. Saddlebrook also follows through very well on any warranty work needed. We really enjoyed working with Robin, Chris, Elizabeth and several others. We would definitely recommend Saddlebrook and we love being in the new neighborhood!

Could not be more pleased with our new Saddlebrook home. There are so many things to love about this home. The trim work, the kitchen and bath finishes, the hardwood floor, are all beautiful. While those are the things you SEE in the home that make it nice... it is what you don't see that makes our Saddlebrook home perfect. The construction is SOLID. I have two kids that I CAN NOT hear jumping and running around upstairs. My old home sounded like they were falling through the ceiling. The house is silent from outside noises... eerily quiet. Every inch of space is well thought out and usable, half of the house isn't wasted with formal living rooms and dining rooms. Even the placement of the laundry room and half bath, are out of the way from the main living space so they feel private. This house is intelligently architected and thought out. Design tastes change, in 20 years someone could remodel the kitchen or bathrooms... but the bones of the house feel like they will last forever. Saddlebrook homes are not the cheapest available, but you definitely get what you pay for. We are excited to enjoy and grow old in our new home. Thanks Saddlebrook!

I can't say enough great things about our Saddlebrook Home at Meadows on McFee. From start to finish it was an amazing process. With the wonderful help from Robin who is extremely knowledgeable and so very kind, this process was very streamlined. Everyone we have come in contact with has been more than helpful. We have lived in our home for a little more than 1 year and have enjoyed it very much. All our friends that come visit are extremely impressed with our beautiful home!!!

We enjoy our Saddlebrook home immensely. This was our sixth new home build, all of which were through established builders with design centers. Saddlebrook stands out above all others.

People make the difference! Saddlebrook teams are terrific throughout the entire process, from pre-sign real estate through after close warranty and beyond. They are highly qualified and experienced people. We cannot say enough good things about the manager on our build project.

Our observation is that many established builders fall short on thorough quality checks throughout the new construction process. It’s typically delegated to the buyer to produce a punch list pre-closing, followed by a lack of follow-through.

Saddlebrook is quite different. They manage a tight quality control process throughout the entire home project, along with scheduled buyer reviews and open communication. Saddlebrook excels in quality, the details, follow through, communication, warranty and beyond.

We have enjoyed an extremely positive experience with Saddlebrook Properties and highly recommend them.

We retired and moved from deep in the corn fields of central Illinois in 2022. Randy helped us to do all the planning, customizing, and monitoring the construction of our beautiful new home from 500 miles away in the depths of the pandemic. This is our 5th time building a home, so we have experience to compare against. The Saddlebrook experience was as easy and pleasant as can be. We found every Saddlebrook representative to be friendly, professional and efficient in their work and communication. Saddlebrook offers generous options to let buyers personalize their home. They quote a finish date and meet it. Since moving in nearly one year ago we have found very few issues and any we did find were corrected immediately. We’ve also noted all of our neighbors are very satisfied with their homes. In our opinion this is a sign of a great builder who pays attention to detail, quality and customer satisfaction. It is a pleasure to live in a Saddlebrook community.

Every stage from foundation to finishing was explained with site photos and visits. Used quality bricks and steel and no cracks or settling after first monsoon. Still respond to small fixes under warranty without any excuses.

Truly have felt blessed buying a home with Weaver Homes. When house searching, I kept coming back to the same neighborhood because the homes were built well. I have been in my home for a little over a year and pleased with the work, quality, and stability of this home.

I had a few small things to have fixed under the 1 year warranty and the technician John J was so kind and helpful. You could definitely see that he treats homes like his own and was even finding little things to fix that I forgot to put on the list to be viewed. I definitely recommend Weaver homes and John J for any future jobs. If you want a good high quality home go with Weaver Homes!!!

Worst builder experience ever. Terrible communication. Run while you can.

The new homes they build come with a one year warranty. However, they do not honor the warranty. I have 3 issues that need resolved. I have emailed them (you can only contact them via email) and they respond saying someone will contact me regarding the warranty issue and they never do. Now, they no longer respond to emails. Hoping this review will get them to respond and resolve the issues.

I'm a realtor who represented a veteran and they went out of their way to get everything done early so my veteran would have time to move in before heading off to Airborn school. Great guys to work with, and quality is much better than other new builds I've seen.

We just moved into our new home built by weaver homes. They worked back and forth with us for a long time do to crazy COVID making the prices of metals skyrocket. We finally started construction and the process was very easy. They were very responsive to question we had during the construction process. I would definitely recommend Weaver Homes if you atr looking a builder.

I wrote a review a few months ago about Weaver homes. All the issues that was wrong with the house and not getting good customer service. I want to correct that. I want to thank Josh, Susan and John for taking care of our needs with this house. They went above and beyond the call of duty. As for the person, I talked on the phone about the issues with the home. You need to learn a lot about customer service. It doesn’t matter if I’m the first owner or the 20th owner. For a home that’s four years old it’s still under warranty no matter what. These three individuals saved your butt. If I was you, I learn to pucker up.

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful home Weaver Homes built for us. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every corner of the house. From the stunning kitchen to the elegant bathrooms, everything was completed tp perfection. We were particularly impressed with the landscaping work they did. It was totally unexpected. Sod was laid down along with a nice tree and bushes boarded our front entry way! The team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They made sure all of our needs were met and kept us informed every step of the way. They even notified us that our build would be done a full month ahead of schedule! During the entire experience, Weaver Homes had our best interest in mind at all times. We are coming up on our year mark and so far we love the product that was produced for our family.
