Breanne has been amazing through this whole process! She was very patient with us and made this whole experience as first time homebuyers a smooth one! We cannot thank the Smith Douglas Team enough for all they have done so far! We cannot wait to move into our new community!

Breanne has been amazing throughout this entire home building process. She never hesitated to answer our questions. The Smith Douglas building process is so efficient and easy to keep track of where you house is in the process through the portal. Can't wait to see our community grow!

UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR:
Editing my review to reflect the fact the Smith Douglas continued to be great and easy to work with throughout our first year. All of our few warranty requests were addressed quickly. We had only a few minor issues, and most were to be expected. Using the homeowner’s portal, I was able to submit these issues under the warranty request tab. Every single time, we were quickly taken care of. Also, no construction issues at all — simple issues with some weather stripping and normal new build Sheetrock settling symptoms that were even mentioned in the contract. We couldn’t be happier with our home, Smith Douglas, and the contractors.

My wife and I are more than satisfied with our Smith Douglas Home at Crowne Creek Village. I was weary about purchasing a new construction when we started the process, but I have full confidence in the quality of construction of our home. The best part is the exceptional value — I am blown away at the size, feel, and flow of the home for its price point. Massive closet in the primary bedroom, great kitchen and open floor downstairs. Anything we needed throughout the process, Breanne (sales) and Jake (construction) were quick to help! They’ve continued to deliver even after closing. The HOA is super reasonable and easy to work with as well. I can’t recommend this builder and neighborhood enough!

Crowne Creek Village is an amazing quiet community! The Smith Douglas homes are beautiful and well built. The agent on site, Breanne, is truly God sent! She truly loves her job, and she makes you feel like family. She has made the home buying process extremely easy. If you are ready to buy a home, please come see Breanne because she will put you in a home. The builder, Joe, is amazing! He has done a great job in building our home.

Even FaceTime walk through with the contractor too awesome!

******Update: Less than six months later and this neighborhood has completely deteriorated. What was once a promising community now looks neglected and unkempt. Yards are overgrown with weeds, trash bins are left out 24/7, and cars are constantly parked along the streets—often blocking traffic and sidewalks. Many homeowners appear to have more vehicles than their driveways or garages can handle, making pedestrian access a challenge. Even worse, the HOA, Builder, and Developer are completely unresponsive. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are ignored. It’s incredibly disappointing. If you’re considering buying here, don’t.
Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere!

Corey was awesome! We needed a complete bathroom remodel (new toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light fixture, flooring, and a swap from tub to walk in shower). Prompt communication, great price, always willing to answer any of our questions. They were respectful of our home; laid dropcloths down to protect our floors and left the work area clean when they left each day, which we appreciated. We love our new bathroom 😊 Would definitely recommend Longevity Homes
