Super pleased with the crew from Royal River Heat Pumps. They installed a new system at our house over the course of a day and a half. The crew (Thomas, Mike, Gage, and Granville) were respectful guests in our home, patient with our questions and informative with their answers. We were most impressed with how well they worked as a team, each knowing what the other was doing and working seamlessly and efficiently. Very much looking forward tour our first season with heat pumps and hoping for a hot summer!

Great, fair, and honest company to do business with. Installation of two heat pumps 9 years ago was top quality and their service and backing of their product warranty has been outstanding. I never write reviews but after a recent repair felt compelled to do so. They resolved the issue quickly and went above and beyond to back their product and service. I would recommend Royal River Heat Pumps to anyone.

Very friendly, professional sales people, answered all questions and provided alternatives and recommendations. Heat pump installation and electrical work was neat and efficient. Installer did the job as if he were doing it to his own home. A mirror below the minisplit location area had been moved prior to their visit and he located the unit so that when the mirror was reinstalled, it hung perfectly centered below the unit. His unprompted attention to this detail exemplified the pride he took in his work.

Choosing Hometown Heat Pumps was the perfect choice for me. From my initial call with Katie to my free consultation with Curtis, everything fell right into place. The installers Chase and Alexis were knowledgeable and hard-working. Ryan, the Service Manager finalized everything and was so pleasant to work with. Every aspect of this job exceeded my expectations!!!

They take care of you at Hometown Heat Pumps. From start to finish they are professional, responsive and efficient.
They installed a new unit and took care of the paperwork for the rebate.
We had an issue with leaking from one of lines that was there from our previous heat pump and they had a service tech out that next business day.

After my request for someone to come to review our desires. two reps came a week later. We discussed our needs, then based on the layout of our rooms Curtis recommended that 2 separate units would provide best heating and cooling coverage.

He clearly explained how to apply for the Rebate and the installation scheduling. In less than 2 weeks, Chase came to install and he was very professional. He answered my questions and before he left, only 4 hours later, he demonstrated how to use the remote controls and maintenance.

We are very pleased through this point in time and trust they will provide any needed assistance in the future.

We lost our furnace 2wks ago. Hometown Heat Pump came out the same day and scheduled us quickly, also ensuring we qualified for a last minute rebate. In and out in under two hours! Absolutely fabulous. They were kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. Super affordable too! They answered no less than 1,783 questions from my four children and were still patient! This is a case of "sush up and take my money!" - you won't regret it!

Elijah was extremely thorough in cleaning the Heatpump in our home today. Very professional , answered my questions , very helpful and his attitude was great.

Do not use this company. Trusted them to install 2 HVAC’s in September. The systems were not installed correctly causing them to be useless. Not including they billed for material they reused from my old system. If system is turned on the outside systems sounds like it’s going to blow up and leaks excessively which would cause my foundation to ruined if continued to use
Then the 12 year labor and Parts Warranty is a scam, will charge $150 just to book with an unlicensed technician. Who will tell you to clean the machines even though Have not used more than 2hrs since being installed Home Town Heat Pump has avoided addressing these BIG issues

Super professional from the point of inquiry to the installation. Dave’s came by today to install another heat pump for us. On time, courteous and a smooth install. Dave’s does it right and won’t leave until they know that everything is working and the customer is happy. Their commercial isn’t just a slogan, they truly are “Awesome”. We’ll see you again come cleaning time.

UPDATE: 1 month later and my electricity usage has dropped by 50% with the addition of this heat pump taking the stress off my main unit. Loving it.

Adam, Brett and John collectively did an outstanding job. They arrived around 8:30 am and were done around 1 pm. We had two Mitsubishi mini splits installed. We have them in our old home and have enjoyed them without any issue for about 14 years. Adam and team were courteous, efficient, and completely not in our way. They were also very friendly and their interactions with each other made clear that they like their job, and enjoy working together. We are extremely pleased. Thank you!

Kyle and Adam arrived within two hours after my call Having a bit of a drive to Bass Harbor
They removed More than 30 feet of tree roots blocking a 5 inch drain line, Power jetted all the lines and inspected with a camera. My backyard had been flooding, causing water to come into the house.
I am very happy with the work they did professional, prompt, and friendly service.
And I would highly recommend them to everyone

Today was my Installation day for two Heat Pumps for my home in Sullivan, with Dave’s World. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of each of the three people here today, including an electrician to make sure everything was set up safely. Their service contract includes maintenance and cleaning for 12 yrs super important for heat pumps to get that kind of maintenance and guarantee. The team helped me understand how to operate all the amazing features of these units. I love the dry setting for those humid hot days. The heating season is around the corner and we will be ready!

Mike was very professional and able to answer all of our questions. After having our furnace serviced, it ran so much quieter than it ever did. I even called to see why this was, and Mike was able to explain to me exactly why it was running quieter and better than before. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The e-receipt and text reminders were a great touch also. I would and DO recommend this business!

Clear communication, fast and efficient service and a great price. Thankfully Mike also travels to the Oxford Hills area. My husband and I will be calling for all future boiler needs.
