Coleman and his assistant were wonderful! They were very professional and knowledgeable and communicative while here doing their work. I felt like our heat pump system was in great hands! In general Dog House is light years away from other companies we have used from customer service to their knowledge.

Hannah, Kade and Alex installed a new, indirect water heater in our home today. They worked together as a team and were great!! I was treated with respect and all my questions and concerns were answered. No mess to clean up afterward either. I had an amazing experience with Josh and Maine Heating & Cooling. I had an older oil boiler system that we replaced with a new boiler and propane fuel. Not only did they install a great and energy efficient new system but also removed my oil tank and help get the propane tanks and hook up. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a heating or cooling system!

I have a unit this company installed in 2010, and now they are telling me they will not service it any more. No notice, no help finding an alternate provider.

The original installation was fine, however, the owner has a very unpleasant disposition and invoices are not well itemized.

Denis is an absolute professional! He knows his line of business inside and out. We had 2 heat pumps installed, one in our home and one in our guest house. We are planning on adding another in the basement in the future. Our daughter recommended him because they had used him to install their heat pump. We have all realized a great savings. We had a broken furnace and didn’t know who to use. Most of the companies we called were going to charge 100’s just to come through the door. JG came over quick and didn’t charge for diagnosing the issues. On the day of the repair, everything was fixed under 2 hours. He even provided a $300 part for free that he discovered was also bad. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate the quality of the work plus the donation of the part. We will definitely use JG again. Great quality, fair prices, integrity and compassion.
