From start to finish our heat pump installation experience with Dave's Mechanical Maintenance was fantastic! Dave's professionalism and outstanding technical knowledge resulted in a very cozy, previously unheated second floor in our 240+ year old home. Meghan's exceptional communication and prompt attention to every email made the administrative side of our project a breeze. The installation team, led by Nate, was prompt, courteous, and innovative (did I mention our house was built in 1786?), finding ways to work with the 'surprises' they found in our walls and foundation. Dave and his family provided the best and fastest service we've ever received - and we've already contracted with them to install another unit in our home! Highly recommend!

Dave installed two Daikin heat pumps for me two years ago. Great installation experience. They have worked great for two years as heat and cooling. Very pleased with the company’s support staff as well. Easy to schedule cleaning and Meghan was flexible when I had to cancel the last minute due to illness. Liam is cleaning my units as I write this review. He is a respectful young man and is very neat. No complaints.

Dave listened to my needs and concerns and came up with a best pump layout that was less than anticipated. The quote was detailed so there were no surprises. Meghan at the office was attentive, organized, and knowledgeable. Nate and the crew were professional and skilled. They all were tidy, even with the challenge of a winter installation and countless trips in and outside. Their post installation clean up was great, no contractor explosion. I think that went about as well as any 5 figure home project could go. Heat pumps are fantastic too, now that I have them, I wish I would have done it sooner.

Everyone was booked until December. Had no water or heat for 3 weeks. I called on a Friday. Owner, Ronnie, called me at 830am the next day, Saturday am. Showed up at 10am the same day. Gave us a great deal since we helped with some of the stuff. Highly recommend.

My furnace was out for almost 20 hours. I had called a dozen companies looking for a weekend tech to come out. My family had already left and it was just me, here in the cold. Mr.Overlock was the only person to call me back in a timely manner and responded within an hour of my call. He billed me fairly and worked diligently to repair my furnace to get heat flowing for my family and I. Dont spend your money elsewhere, Ron is the man you want and need. I would gladly pay him again to do any kind of heating work. Unbelievably satisfied with his work and effort. Thank you, Ron. From my family and I.

Excellent. I was dealing with a leaky cast iron heater for weeks with another company, who after 3 visits, nearly $300, and a last minute appointment cancelation did not resolve my issue. I called Black Diamond and they came out and fixed my issue the SAME DAY and consulted on two separate issues. I'm thrilled.

They have no online access that mean they dont have website and they dont pickup calls their services are slow genuine advice you must focus on building you website!!! thank you so much.

Very disappointing. Called a Saturday morning with a not working furnace and was basically told because of my neglect he was unwilling to come out on a weekend. It was very rude and I'm happy to send my business elsewhere.

He cleaned my furnish and replaced the "elbow" to the Chimney. He was very polite, helpful with answering my questions. He was timely and reasonably priced. I would recommend him and will call him for my next furnace cleaning.

Great service, fit us in even with a busy schedule and really knows his stuff. After 2 days of backyarding it , Andy diagnosed and fixed it within 10 minutes. You can't put a price on that kind of service!

I called my oil delivery company to clean my furnace before finalizing the sale of my house. The technician came in and told me that I would have to replace my furnace because it was overheating around the exhaust vent to the chimney. It was going to cost $3,800 to replace the furnace. I called Andy for a 2nd opinion and he promptly came over, checked the furnace, and said it just needed a new gasket and a good cleaning. Andy came back the next week and completed the work and charged a very reasonable fee. Andy saved me nearly $4,000 for replacing a furnace that wasn't needed. I highly recommend Andy for your heating needs!

We have a 2 story house and I think it would be difficult to put heat pumps in. However, Andy and his team worked hard and barely took a break for lunch, They cleared the construction debris and took it away. We had them install 4 and they are worth every penny.! Had Ken and his team install a Fujitsu split system in our shore home. Project was well-designed, reasonably priced, and his team was entirely professional. Can’t recommend Twin City Heat Pumps enough! I needed a heat pump relatively quick and they got the job done. All team members I worked with were phenomenal, timely, efficient, and kind — Brady, Cody, Curtis, and Sherrae. I’m especially thankful for the time that Cody and Curtis spent to walk me through the ins and outs of the electrical and heat pump nuances/technicalities while they were installing the unit.
