We had the estimate done on a Wednesday, and the installation was done the next Tuesday. It only took the installer and electrician 5 hours. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
I HIGHLY recommend Twin City Home Comfort!!

The Twin City team was prompt, professional and friendly. The team arrived to install our heat pumps as scheduled and completed the install within the two day agreed to time frame. They took care to remove their shoes when entering the house and cleaned things as they went along. Once the job was done they taught me how to use the units and asked if I had questions. After they left I received a confirmation that they had registered the units with Fujitsu....Twin City gets 5 stars from me...it's tough to find a company with such a great work ethic, and I am very impressed!

We recently had our heat pump cleaned, and we are very happy with the results. Keith was very thorough and professional. They installed our heat pump, and we have recommended Twin City Home Comfort to our friends and relatives.

From the start, the process for adding our heat pumps went smoothly! Amy in the front office was great in setting us up for our appointment and if we had questions was always prompt in getting back to us. Bradley, TCHC’s sales rep, was awesome & very thorough. He listened to our input, and was always about how it would present aesthetically on the areas of the house.

The crew was just as awesome. Showed up when they said they were going to. The crew lead was awesome and made suggestions to some of the set up which saved us money. The whole crew was awesome. Having an electrician in TCHC’s crew was definitely a money saver.

To sum it up, from the office, the sales rep and the crew you couldn’t ask for a better group people to do the job. They do care. This was no small investment for us and my wife and I grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We have more projects and will definitely hire TCHC when that time comes.

Walked into my furnace room to hear the smoke detector going off and the furnace running really hard. Called Fitch right away and they had someone here in 30min on one of the coldest days of the year. The woman (Amanda I believe was her name) that runs the phones called me back as I was leaving a message. Very nice and helpful. Turns out it was my smoke detector battery and the furnace is totally fine. The technician was super friendly and kind. He assured me that the furnace was clean, and had no cracks in it. He taught me a few things about how my furnace works and was on his way. Very impressed with the service and even more impressed with the quick response and callback! Thank you so much!! It’s better safe, than sorry! Highly recommend! I owe you some cinnamon rolls!

Replaced an up flush pump for me.... I can't think of a worse job. The guys were pros... on time, fast, and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Fitch has helped me out of a jam with no heat calls for a property I manage twice now (older equipment that had some overdue maintenance). They were quick to get out and stayed until it was repaired. Fantastic local company and I don't have enough good things to say about them.

Absolutely top notch!
Our garbage disposal rusted out and broke away from the sink and pulled the drain on the other sink with it, so we were left without a usable kitchen sink. Not good!
Well, I called a few local plumbers and got the same response: "Sorry, but we're too busy dealing with heating issues and frozen pipes right now to help you, maybe in a couple of weeks we can help you." Which I totally understood.
I called Fitch Heating after hearing about them from another plumber, and within 24 hours my garbage disposal and sink are all fixed! The charge was very, very reasonable and the technician, Brett, was professional, prompt, and very willing to answer any questions I had. He cleaned the whole area after he was done, too. He was great!
We will be using Fitch Heating for ALL of our plumbing AND heating needs from now on. Thank you, Fitch Heating!

When our boiler died last spring, we reached out to the Fitch crew for replacement --- not only did they get us workable until parts and schedules allowed for a full replacement, but communication was top notch. The install of our new boiler was was a seamless process. Organized and efficient -- they take pride in what they do, and do it well. When we've needed a look or adjustment since, they're always ready to help. Grateful for a fantastic local business that cares about customers, quality and service!

We discovered a leak on the day before leaving the country for a couple weeks and called the closest plumbers we could find (45 min. drive). We left an unanswered message at one; another told us they couldn't fit us in for a week; then with our 3rd call, Amanda at Fitch, cheerfully answered and assured us that she could get a crew to us that day, although she couldn't give us a time. She called us back a few hours later to a alert us that they were on their way. Brett and Will arrived with smiles and went right to work. Their questions and assessments inspired total confidence in their skills. They were efficient, courteouis and steady, and within an hour or so, we were good to go. We now have a "go-to" plumbing company in Fitch, and we couldn't be happier about it. Thank you Amanda, Brett, Will and Fitch Plumbing.

Absolutely amazing! We woke up to our furnace not working at all. I called multiple people and even got told “it’s not my problem”. I called Fitch and they were able to work us in. In less than 6 hours our furnace was running better than before. Absolutely 100% recommend Fitch Heating. They saved our household so much time and stress. Thank you again!

Honestly, I cannot say enough good about this company. Before I heard of them, I had several plumbers ( very displeased with them all). But these guys are genius. No kidding. Every time we’ve called, they arrived so promptly, and diagnosed immediately!! In addition,They are just truly awesome, kind, caring people. And Amanda is an angel I’m so blessed to have them.. I never have to stress anymore.
I could go on and on about our furnace in winter, our toilet, our sink, etc. and our recent flood!

Honestly could not have been happier finding this guy! He's professional, honest and prompt. My furnace died on a Friday nigh in February. He was able to come first thing Saturday morn to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Highly recommend him!
