Kinney Family Heat Pumps installed heat pumps in my home. They were professional start to finish and got me the rebate through efficiency Maine. Love supporting a local family owned business.

Kinney family heat pumps is above all of the rest! They were very responsive when I called about having my heat pump installed. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during the installation process. They were friendly and wonderful to work with. 10 out of 10 would definitely call them for any of my heat pump needs.

These guys are wonderful.
I had an issue with my propane furnace not completing it's cycle and heating the house properly.
Some parts were rusted when I had Valley Home Heating services due an annual cleaning.
They ordered the parts and were very good about turning the annual cleaning into a partial service call.
When they installed the parts a couple of weeks later. The furnace ran fine for a bit, then went back to not doing a full cycle.
I called and they were quick not only to get back to me, but sent a tech out at no charge to get the furnace running.
He looked at the furnace, tried a couple of things then contacted someone else.
It turned out to be a problem with the condensate pump (water) not clearing like it should.
He quickly cleared out the pump, changed the little pellets that neutralize the water (de-acidify) and cut the drain pipe into pump because it was too long.
The furnace is now running great.
These guys are great, know what they are doing and are quick to help.
Certain other companies would have billed me out the wazoo and come back in 3 weeks.

Heat Pump installation went smooth, everyone involved (installers and electricians) were very nice and courteous. They called and said if I was available earlier, which I was and it worked out great. Received several quotes and Valley provided the best value IMO, and a new Fujitsu 15 BTU unit was placed where I wanted. Valley competitive and professional from start to finish, highly recommend.

Valley Home Service's cleaned and serviced my heat pump. The service was fast and Nate Seward was very knowledgeable and professional. When I contacted them, they made my appointment for the very next day and were right on time. They completely cleaned up after the job was done including hanging my decorations back up. I will certainly be calling them again.

Great company, from the office, to salesman, to installers. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Recently installed two heat pumps from Valley and their price was by far the best. Greta prices and great service all the way around is rare these days. We highly recommend Valley...you won't regret it.

We recently had a second Fujitsu heat pump installed in our home. We had 1 installed in 2020 and it's worked perfectly since. We needed a second for our above the garage bonus room. Josh listened to my concerns for outside conduit location. He came up with a solution and his install team did a flawless installation. We ended up going with a floor unit to minimize the curbside impact as it was the front of the house. We are very happy with the performance of the heat pump with little to no noise and ability to heat and cool. Great family business with great quality service and attention to detail!

Had Valley Home Services install 3 heat pumps in our home recently. The experience was top shelf start to finish. From the initial quote done in our home by Isaganie, to several follow up questions w/Josh in the office, and ultimately a great install by installers Nick, Aaron, and electrician Dave, the entire process was a positive experience. I’m happy to report that our experience with the Fujitsu brand has thus far been as good as the install. Count us as firmly in the “highly recommend” camp. Great job VHS!!

We started using Valley Home Services in 2024. I got quotes from 3 local companies including Valley. We initially used them to install a whole house, instant-on Generac generator and a 325 gallon propane tank. Then I asked them to price a new propane heater and fixing an existing one. And finally, we made them our oil and propane delivery company and use them to service our oil furnace. They've been excellent to work with. They are friendly, provide excellent service and are reasonably priced! And the owner, Josh, was out to visit when the initial work was going on. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend them!

I would highly recommend this company to take care of your heat pump cleaning needs. Luke is great, communicates clearly, does a stellar job, and is careful to clean up after himself. I plan on using this company again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Luke and midcoast heat pump cleaning! From the second he walked through the door he showed nothing but the utmost care and respect for our property and heat pumps. You can tell when someone really cares and takes pride in their work. He was immaculate! He left everything better than brand new, and his prices can not be beat. We had him service 4 units and could not be happier or more impressed. Our heat pumps ran like they were new after being cleaned by Midcoast Heatpump Cleaning. Luke is very professional, clean, and showed up on time when he said he would. We were happy to hear he can also repair units as well. We highly recommend Luke and his work!
