Ed did an amazing job. He was thorough in the installation and was able to answer my many questions and concerns. The heat pump is working beautifully and actually is heating more rooms then I expected. ( I have a big house). I'd highly recommend him.

Ed did a fantastic job designing and installing a dual heat pump system in our large circa 1794 home. We were very concerned about maintaining the historic architectural integrity of our home. Ed routed all the heat pump lines discreetly, running them into floor units in 8 different rooms (each its own zone). The two large outdoor pump units were also installed discreetly. This system now provides primary heating and air conditioning throughout the house. The project was completed per the promised schedule and budget. While trying to choose a company to install a heat pump, I knew I didn't want to hire someone who only does heat pumps on the side; I wanted someone who primarily does them, and Ed was recommended to me.

Ed installed my heat pump last week while working in the hot sun with hungry black flies, and did a fantastic job. During his earlier consultation visit he answered some of my questions before I even asked them. The AC worked great in last weeks heat and humidity, and is very quiet.

DO NOT HIRE. I got scammed out of 4k, was given a broken hvac, they stole my old heatpump and didnt give it back for a month till a cop told em too and they refused to give me back the money. They admitted they dont know hvac fixing

Brandon Kinney was referenced to us from Anthony Gillis. Our heat pump is several years old and has been making an irritating noise that two other technicians couldn’t fix. One even replaced the motor at our expense. Nothing worked. Brandon tackled the job and left no stone unturned. He wouldn’t give up until he found the issue. He is our hero. Brandon did a great job on a hot water heat pump. It was in a challenging place for the install and took a little more time than expected, but Brandon was top notch in all aspects of communications and did a fantastic job in installation.

Professional, thorough, fairly priced, and efficient! Back story.. My heat pump hadn't worked for about a year. I didn't know who to call. I thought I was out a very expensive unit. Kinney Family Heat Pumps did a thorough investigation of the heat pump, found the problem within 30 minutes, told me it could be fixed, and took care of the rest for me to get the replacement part. The part was installed, pump put back together, and in working condition within a couple of hours. 10/10 recommend this company!!
