American was easy and great to work with! It’s easy to see that Justin and his team put customer first. Deakin assessed the issue and had us all fixed up in a couple of hours.
Will be my first call with any future issues and I highly recommend American Rooter & Drain!

If I could give a million stars I would. This has been the most professional business I've ever dealt with. From the office staff to the plumbers themselves, they make you feel like family!!! And that's a big deal for me. Chris was so informative with everything, like anything we asked, even if we should know it, he answered it. It makes me so proud to be customers of this business. That sounds funny to say but they are saving our livelihood, our pipes are so bad, if they wouldn't do this now, we would have lost a lot!!! I will be forever greatful for everyone at this company. God bless them!!!

Great customer service! We called 2 other companies but nobody was able to give us a clear answer. Once I called American Rooter I felt like I was finally getting somewhere. Chris Fierros was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was able to camera my line and show me exactly what the problem was. Not only did they fix my issues they offer a V.I.P membership. The membership has come in handy with my furnace tuneup. If needed I would definitely be using them again. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to thank James, Kyle and Ryan for putting in 3 long days under my home replacing incoming and outgoing plumbing pipes throughout my crawl space! There were many other repairs in the main level as well. They worked diligently to make sure I had running water at the end of each day! Excellent team while working and explaining what and why things had to be done. Thank you guys, Sue
Dominic has also worked with me on heating and cooling and assessing plumbing problems, very helpful and explains the problem thoroughly.
I also wanted to send a shout out to Porter for making sure my AC was ready to go for the Spring and Summer. Last but not least Colton finished up the plumbing that couldn't be reached and put in a liner for those unreachable areas. It is also good to know that American Rooter and Drain stands by their work and leave you with the peace of mind if anything should fail, they will fix it under warrantee.. That is so important to have a company stand by their work!!!!

American Rooter is my go-to company for all my plumbing and HVAC issues. I've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I've interacted with. Drain cleaning, hot water heater repair, furnace repair, ac repair, sewer line repair, trenchless pipe repair, well pump repair they can do it all!

Trevor came to our house to clear a plugged toilet which mysteriously grew a cement wall in the drain. He was able to plow through it and saved the day. He was super nice and helpful and an asset to this company. The price was right and I will definitely use American for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend both Trevor and the company smart enough to hire him.

Seriously though, I appreciate Trevor's honesty about the reality of our old house's pipes. He reassured us he was happy to just clear our sink as we had called in for. But a real overview was needed and other plumbers have only offered quick fixes.
The photos he took and the time he spent in investigating and explaining how everything worked (or was likely to NOT work all of a sudden) was done professionally but he was also very personable.
Dominic provided more evidence of the needed work and got us set up with a quote and easy financing right away. Looks like we'll be on the schedule for new pipes and water heater next week!

I finally have peace of mind since using American Rooter’s services!! My well water system was leaving my family feeling very nauseous for a few months, after visiting with my functional practitioner, we were able to rule out a number of things, but, ultimately, were stumped at the source of of our symptoms. As a last ditch effort, I decided to have our water tested (since we were collectively experiencing the nausea). That’s when I called this company. Upon arrival I was impressed with the professionalism both on the phone and in person, company marked vehicle and attention to detail. As a mother, I especially appreciated the shoe covers that they used while working in my home. After a very thorough inspection of our water heater, running a camera through the pipes, and a look at the facets, the tech then recommended going to the source. A separate crew came out to dig up the well and that’s when we found our problem AND validation for my concerns! A pipe was leaking water and recirculating it into our well 🤢 luckily this is a new home for us, and I can’t imagine how long the previous owners were drinking the somewhat contaminated water 😢 I am SO thankful for these guys and for all of their help, I recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing done. Thank you!!
