I highly recommend Idaho Geothermal. They installed a WaterFurnace Ground loop heat pump for us and we love it. They do things right and are great on service. The one time our system needed repair they were quick to respond.

Don't let the others in the valley fool you, there is only one company that really knows what their stuff when it comes to geothermal/radient heating heat pump systems. The competition will have someone from a plumbing supply store design your system since they have no idea what they are doing. Jason the owner personally designs each system and is intimately involved in the installation and looking term success of your system. Make no mistake, Jason's passion, education, and experience make Idaho Geothermal superior!

super awesome service, they were out at my house super quick and our service was phenomenal. Is it possible to give NO stars? I've never been so disappointed in a company. We had called Idaho Geothermal ONE MONTH prior to moving to Idaho to let them know that we were ready to drop about $15K for their company to receive their services. ONE MONTH. That should leave plenty of time for them to coordinate having a system installed at our home the week after closing. We went back and forth with a guy named Brian who kept say he MAY be able to make it out to our house when we got here....MAY be able to?! We are ready to give your company a good amount of money, pretty much without a consultation, and you MAY be able to make it out to our house?! We've lived in our house for almost a month now and have yet to get a visit, call, inquiry, NADA.

We should have NOT been the ones to initiate all the phone calls. By now, we should have a system installed....but we are DONE with this company and will move onto the next.

POOR customer service. POOR coordination.

We have a geothermal unit. Idaho Geothermal has consistently been available for any questions, concerns, routine maintenance that has required their attention. I HIGHLY recommend geothermal HVAC and even more highly recommend Idaho Geothermal as the installer/service group.

I called Idaho Geothermal and spoke to Brian per my neighbor's recommendation. Brian spent over 20 minutes explaining how geothermal works and what we needed for our home. He knew that the manufacturer was replacing our faulty unit, and the original contractor was installing it, yet he spent all this time with me making sure that we were well informed. I was so impressed and appreciative, that I will highly recommend them to anyone contemplating Geo Thermal. My neighbor has had them for years and said there is not anyone better out there. Thank you Brian and Jason for going above and beyond even when you are not going to install my particular unit.

After more than a YEAR of struggle dealing with a system installed with a multitude of issues we contacted ID Geo who resolved ALL of the issues w/our hydronic system within the first visit! Chewy & the team were AMAZING!!!!

I was extremely happy with the installation of my new water sourced heat pump. The staff, Andy in particular, were respectful and responsive. The workmanship was exceptional.
They far exceeded my expectations.

In 2012 we were living in Alaska getting ready to retire to Idaho and had purchased a property in Idaho. We received bids for a Water Furnace installation and all was handled by mail, phone and email. We came down in June for a class reunion and Idaho Geothermal did the installation while we were here. They did an excellent job and the system has been wonderful and has giving us no problems. We replaced a 20 year old electric furnace. This was a very good investment and highly recommend Idaho Geothermal and Water Furnace. They were and continue to be great to work with.

Jason Fuller is very professional and is highly knowledgeable and trustworthy and explains his geothermal energy in simple easy to understand the great service Idaho Geo performs.
Idaho Geo replaced my old system heat pump with a Water Furnace Series 5. The installers Brian and Andy were very patient professional and worked hard and their customer service was fantastic.

I had a open loop geothermal system put in my new construction home by Idaho Geothermal and I absolutely love it! I couldn't believe how well it worked and actually called up Idaho Geothermal to confirm the "Energy" settings on the control were working properly since the energy usage readings were so low! (Yes, they are correct.) The system does a great job of keeping my home comfortable year round.

All the guys were great to work with from Idaho Geothermal and they took a fair amount of time explaining things to me over the phone during all my initial calls to them. They did a great job with the system design and creatively re-worked some of the ducting design at my request in order to keep me from having to drop my basement ceiling. Very happy with their work!
