I first met Chris Fierros at Harbor Freight while overseeing a major underground plumbing project in the parking lot which he was overseeing as the supervisor. As they were wrapping up for the day, I was impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the job site. Intrigued, I approached him, and we exchanged business cards.

Recently, I had some major questions about an upcoming project, so I gave him a call. What truly amazed me was that, despite it being his day off today, he still took the time to go into detail about what the project would entail, answering every question with ease and expertise.

What stood out even more was the stark contrast in customer service. I had reached out to a few other companies before I found his business card, and they all seemed irritated by my questions. That alone reassured me that I had found my go-to HVAC and plumbing company.
