I got in touch with Brian Agee after our air conditioner went out and he sent out Mike who diagnosed our system. We decided to get a heat pump installed. Their technicians Kevin and Paul were awesome,very knowledgeable,respectful and was willing to walk us through everything that was being done. The installation of our prior system had left our flooring with extra space, the technicians went the extra mile and made sure everything was flush and astetically correct. I would highly recommend Idaho Geothermal the whole process start to finish was made easy by there professionalism,hard work and communication. Thanks again guys we truly appreciate it.

Mike serviced our Water Furnace HVAC units yesterday, and he did a great job. He showed up on time, was respectful of our home, performed the service thoroughly, and reviewed the resulting reports with me. I had a few questions, and he explained everything in layman's terms.

I had idaho geothermal put a system in my house. It was a massive project that had a lot of moving parts right at the beginning of Covid. Jason was very responsive to any questions I had, explained scheduling / supply issues and dealing with our random weather in the mountains. We are 2 years in and are happy with the unit and annual maintenance the Idaho Geothermal does for us.

Idaho Heating and Air has been fantastic, and I can’t say enough good things about Mike Sellers! He has been amazing at troubleshooting our geothermal heat pump issues, always taking the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has great communication, making sure I understand how to better care for our system. On top of that, he is respectful of our home, always taking his shoes off before coming inside. Excellent service all around—I highly recommend Mike and Idaho Heating and Air!

I was grateful for the personal touch (meaning they were accessible for all of my questions and always ready to give me all the time I needed), and they did leave my home clean and the work was excellent! I felt well taken care of.

We can’t say enough about the Water Source heating systems we had installed by Idaho Geothermal. We had them install one for the house and most recently a system for our shop. We’ve had the house system for approximately three years now and it’s performed flawlessly. Water Source is quality equipment but must be installed by qualified professionals. It’s a complicated system and Idaho Geothermal has the experience and knowledge to do it right. They have always been available to answer our questions. The technician that that installed the one in our shop did an excellent job. Jason, one of the owners has also been available for both installations. We would highly recommend Idaho Geothermal. Great company to do business with.

Idaho Geothermal installed radiant floor heat in my 2400 sqft shop. They traveled over 4.5 hours twice to complete the job. The install tech (Hubert) and his assistant have an outstanding work ethic and high attention to detail. They worked late into the night to finish the job. The work looks great. I would definitely call on them again!

We purchased our house 6 years ago and was told what a great unit we had. We have had local technicians out for years trying to help us and after years of frustration we found Idaho Geothermal.. Amazing company… From the first call setting up the appointment, to the txt we received with our technician’s name, photo and background was - WOW!! First impressions count so much. Then, our technician Mike showed up, he was great!! Mike was 100% thorough, explained everything, thoroughly cleaned our machine, checked every nook and cranny. We have never had this type of service from other companies, so will only use Idaho Geothermal from here on out!

We remodeled our house. Probably had 50 subs through the front door in the last year, these guys were by far the worst! If you are looking for overpriced shoddy workmanship, these are your duct tape hero’s.

Done is this company unless you want a false quote and a nightmare of a time getting your refund for over $700 in parts and services that were never rendered.

Driver of white Scion drives like a jerk. Would not let in me or another car when lanes merged.

The laziest supply house in the area. Service went downhill in just a year. From the incompetent guys at the front to the lazy warehouse workers in the back. Used to have item ready to go on will call. Lucky they even check orders coming in on time. Guess their crap work ethic reflects the company as a whole. Dread coming to this place anytime my techs place orders here.
