HVAC reviews in Boise, Idaho

Will not sell you parts. Do not care if your family is cold without heat. Had the part I needed but would not sell it to me since I am not with a big HVAC company. No such notice anywhere of such a thing.

With the understanding that Geary is an industrial supply house intended to sell to contractors, I sent my son to investigate mini split line-set covers. Big box stores don't carry them and because we are improvising a solution, we wanted to see the covers in person rather than order online.
We were looking at about $200 worth of covers. It could have been an easy sale.
Staff were not friendly and did not offer any assistance to help us solve our challenge. Rather, they made him feel uncomfortable and he felt we would be better off seeking another solution.
Being nice and helpful to everyone is still good business practice, no matter how stupid you think your customers are.

I think it’s funny that people are giving bad reviews cause they can’t sell to you. I called to try and get a motor knowing they couldn’t sell to me either but they pointed me in the right direction. Likely because I didn’t throw a tantrum like a child. Super helpful and wanted to say thank you and try and offset the dumb ones leaving bad reviews over something that clearly says on your website.

That’s like going to the Sysco warehouse and trying to buy a hoagie then throwing a fit when they legally/ethically can’t.

Awesome place to unload they open at 7:00 am Overnight alout there in the back building it’s not sign for shipping but you can park at the door

Great place. My go to place. All the staff is cool to work with. Great people. Especially branch manager, Justin. Every time I go in, Justin always goes out of his way to greet me and make sure I'm being taken care of. I try to get every HVAC parts and equipment there.

Tyler was fantastic! He was Knowledgeable, educated me on what was going to occur, clean, and friendly.

David and Dylan are awesome!! What a joy it was to have them in our home to make our house clean again. They went over everything with us and made sure we understood what they were going to be doing. Tyler was great, explained what you was going to be doing. Asked if we had any questions. Cleaned up after he was finished. Very knowledgeable and polite young man. Amazed all that was on our furnace filter. He cleaned it up and I will purchase new one tomorrow. Very happy with the work done. Ceiling ducts are clean, cleaned dry vent as well. Would definitely recommend your company.

Original post (2022): Highly recommend this company. Service price was based on square footage, not how many vents the house has. That made it a thousand times easier for me as I was told the price up front. The person i booked with (i believe he was the owner) was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Great customer service right from the beginning.

My technician also paid attention to other things and kept me informed. For example, my A/C units coils are caked in dust, which would most likely cause the unit to fail. By letting me know to get my heating and cooling people here he probably saved us thousands of dollars.

The cleaning appears to be impeccable. They provided before and after pictures and that made it very clear this service needed to happen.

Very impressed, I will absolutely be recommending Boise Air Duct Pros to everyone.

Get your vents cleaned! We were shocked at how bad ours were. Trent and Julian were easy to work with, quick and made our vents sparkle. Wish I could show them off! Excited to see how we feel with clean air in our house. Would highly recommend these guys.

They were fast, came on time, did exactly what they said they would, and cleaned up before they left. Couldn't ask for more.

Fast response time, scheduled an appointment within one day, excellent communication throughout. Needed two commercial bathroom vent fans cleaned, done in around 20m with minimal interruption to business. Fair pricing, courteous techs. Highly recommended.
