My first time using Boise Air Ducts. Great service! I only had the dryer vent cleaned this time, but will have them back to do the whole house.

Trent at Boise Air Duct Pros was both professional and kind. He was respectful of the space and even gave us some great tips on of ducts and vents. He was thorough and I would absolutely recommend and use them again. He also cleaned out dryer vent which was very helpful. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scheduling was a breeze. We were able to get same week scheduling. Texted the previous day with info and who was coming. Day of service texted ETA. RIGHT ON TIME. Trent was very friendly, completed a house tour and made a plan. Trent was a pleasure. He made this project an excellent experience. Trent was thorough, very aware of his surroundings and equipment and made sure he was careful and deliberate. He cleaned all areas and made everything back to where it should be. Excellent. In fact I have made 2 referrals to Boise Air Duct Pro's today.

Trent was an extremely friendly and professional tech, which is my experience with the company overall. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just a value based service. I will for sure use them when it's time for my vents to be cleaned. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have not had my air ducts in my home cleaned in many years, Tyler was so helpful with providing information on everything he saw and what he was doing, such a professional, great attitude! He took the time to go over all the vents and of course showed us the pictures. He was such a great guy, i wish there were more professionals like him. I am very satisfied with the services Boise Air Duct Pros provided, I would highly recommend them and their services. Everyone I talked to were very professional.

Julian and this company are great. They cleaned my dryer duct today which is not simple (basement with long vent run straight up 9 feet). Their software shows how long until arrival and they are personal and courteous. Highly recommend.

Tyler did a wonderful job and was very professional! He worked hard four hours on end and explained everything to me as he went. He cleaned up after himself and I just appreciate everything he did.

Boise air duct pros were outstanding. I called initially on a Saturday with an emergency need and Julian was willing to immediately come out and address the issue, but after further review from me, the emergency response wasn’t needed and an appointment was set up within two days. They completely cleaned our entire HVAC and dryer vent system after 20 years of not being cleaned. All of the after photos make it look brand new and their work was outstanding. Dylan and Trent were the two that came out and did the work and could not have been better with their communication, work ethic, or professionalism. I would recommend Boise air duct pros over any other business in the valley when it comes to air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Great job and thank you.

I originally declined both additional services (dryer vent and furnace cleaning). After seeing the results, 𝐈 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦. (See pictures). Even though I have a long brush made for dryer-vent cleaning AND a special tube to vacuum my vent, my dryer still wasn’t safe. I’m upset with myself for not getting this done earlier and grateful that no one was hurt.

The only area for improvement is that the sales pressure is actually too low. (That's not a typo)!  I would have liked more education/convincing of the benefits of BOTH of these optional services. I ABSOLUTELY HATE PUSHY SALESPEOPLE but when it comes to fire prevention (dryer vent cleaning) and the air I breathe, a gentle push would be welcome.

Extremely difficult and confrontational individual. The interaction quickly turned from a normal conversation into repeated attempts to twist words, push for a specific answer, and then accuse dishonesty when he didn’t get the response he wanted.

It felt less like someone trying to get work done and more like someone looking to create a problem. The tone became disrespectful, and he continued trying to provoke a reaction instead of having a straightforward, productive conversation.

After years in business, you get a good sense of when someone is acting in bad faith—this was one of those situations.

Not someone we would choose to work with or recommend to others.

T&T Heating and Cooling does excellent work. Very impressed with the quality and workmanship. The prices are affordable as well. Excellent warranty too.

Heath replaced and Installed ac unit didn't work after install called Heath to come back to look at it told me to call another tech he was too busy another company came out and had to program the wall unit to get it up and running poor follow through won't be calling back ever!

Our furnace went out during a winter snow storm a couple years back. Heath was able to replace the furnice the next day. The cost was a lot less than my neighbor paid for a similar unit with another company. I highly recommend.

Heath was awesome he fixed our ac today and now we are cool he's awesome and reasonable I'd highly recommend him my husband Mike thought he was great . We will send all his way. .
