The service was quick and expertly handled. All of my repair options were presented and reviewed by me with the technician answering my question on each option. When I choose only a portion of the options to complete, no pressure was applied to complete the additional options.

I had my HVAC serviced today by Aire Serv and can't recommend them enough! They're owned by a local family. Their tech, Don, was so great. I learned a lot and never felt sales pressure. He fixed zone issues that were caused by the wiring installed incorrectly and did all of the general maintenance that I've put off for too long. I signed up for their Advantage Plan so they'll come back for regular maintenance and it gives me 15% off of any future service tasks. The plan is on sale right now for $159/year (normally $199) or $15.99/month (normally $19.99). I HIGHLY recommend Aire Serv, especially if you haven't kept up on your yearly HVAC maintenance!

Our technician, Marco, was excellent. He was very thorough in the diagnostics of our AC unit, explained what he found was the problem, and gave me all of the details about our available options moving forward. I would recommend Aire Serv 100% .. our technician Jordan was fantastic! Professional, personable and extremely efficient! It was extremely hot when our central air stopped working and the part took a few days to arrive. Aire Serv was kind enough to loan us window units to keep our house comfortable until Jordan was able to come back out to repair our unit. They honestly went above and beyond! Aire Serv is the only company we will use going forward. We appreciate everything they did for us, and the price was reasonable as well!
