The only thang is the guys were amazing who came out. They just left the dirty filters on the floor in my garage and didn’t tell me anything. Next time just let me know so I can throw them away right away not just laying on the floor in the garage. Also after them leaving I had to clean up dusted in every room and re vacuum house all over again I would say maybe bring a broom or something on the end of the shop vac so the dust doesn’t spray all over the house

[Edit]: I initially gave a three-star review for the reasons below. The owner contacted me within an hour of the review, expressed his apologies for the lack of cleanup, and explained the steps taken to educate the technicians on best practices in the future. I am very impressed with the way this company communicated, recognized a mistake, and took corrective action. I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

The technicians were polite and on time, and the duct cleaning was effective. The clean-up was lacking, however. Debris was blown from the vents onto a computer desk, monitor, keyboard, printer, etc. Be prepared to vacuum and clean your house after the service.

I was very happy with the service, and the technician was very helpful and professional! As you can see from the pictures, he removed a lot of dirt and dust from my vents.

Good communication, work was done well and thoroughly explained. I’m happy with the service.

Trent came and cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent and did a great job. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling this company again the next time we need our ducts cleaned.

Had requested to clean my air ducts and vent dryer.About month later I started having to problems with my new dryer so I removed the dryer and checked the vent. The dryer vent was clogged with new and old lent.I had to go down the crawl space and take it apart to throughly clean it & vacuum it.
The bathroom vent was dirty from the previous owner who had dogs.
I called called Boise Air Duct Pros and complained for a refund and they would only refund me $50.
About a month passes & I $30 refund.
Julian I don’t think your air flow test is working.
A Simple removal of the dryer to clean the vent behind it would of been efficient
Instead of cleaning one vent outside of house.
I haven’t done this as long as you have but some more effort and some common sense would have prevented me doing your work. I’m in the service industry too and if I drop the ball I own up to it.
I’m tired of people saying The’ve been doing this for along time when they do bad work. It just makes me think they’ve been doing bad work for a long time….

I called a number of places to find someone to clean out the Dryer Vent and I never felt good about their answers. Then I called Boise Air Duct Pros and knew immediately that I wanted them to come out. They told me exactly what they would do and how much it would cost and what time they would be there. The gentleman came out this morning, and he was efficient, and very friendly. I will call Boise Air Duct Pros every time.

Trent our tech was friendly, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step. He found some issues in our ductwork and took pictures so that I can call an expert to repair those issues. I highly recommend hiring this company to clean your vents and dryer vents. The best experience possible.

Julian and Trent did a fabulous job! They came today to clean all my air ducts along with my dryer vent. The Pros were thorough and very professional. I am glad that I called them as the air quality in my home is so clean now. No more sneezing and coughing! I am highly recommending them.

These guys are very very customer focused! And they do a good job! I have shiny new vents!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Tyler and Trent. They arrived on time and informed me ahead of time when they were on their way.
