Spoke to Natalie this morning requesting a part from the factory. She was extremely friendly over the phone and very helpful getting us the parts we need to serve our customers. Thank you so much, Natalie would be a keeper!

If there was a gold medal event for backing a semi, this is where they would hold it. Don't even bother pulling in. You have to flip around in the cul de sac and back down to the receiving area. Nice folks and fast unload.

Nate, at the front counter, is the most knowledgeable and courteous personnel. I consistently value his contributions.

Drivers you must be good at backing if not you have to back down from the driveway. From the road because if you pull down in here there is no room to turn around and you will have to back out. Besides the very tight back it's great people and a good place to unload

The driver of one of your white trucks this afternoon ran me off the road with an illegal lane change. I hope you investigate his driving. He then just stared and laughed.

I was working on adding a HVAC Return to my home's furnace, didn't have much luck finding a place that would sell Duct work to a residential client, until I found this store. Staff was very friendly and helpful and had the size of ducting and reducer I needed in stock. For a DIYer I found the place to be a godsend.
