Amazing technician and John is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Very attentive and helpful. Just overall an amazing company to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND air purification for your home. If you have children and anyone in your home with allergies, asthma, or other sensitive health conditions, the HALO -LED air purification system is definitely the way to go. This system has been been tested by multiple companies and facilities including the CDC as well. I can tell the difference in my air quality, within the last two hours!!!! I am simply stating the facts and I stand behind APEX Clean Air, for all my air quality needs!!!

I booked a cleaning/inspection due to the extreme dust that was constantly on my table tops and through out my entire home, I figured there must be something built up in my HVAC system, plus my self, fiancé and 3yr old daughter have been getting sick allot lately. When I booked i explained all this to the lady that was explaining services that were offered, and she fit me into the schedule ASAP.

There service tech Josh showed up and began inspecting my system and sending me photos of the utterly neglected system.

Josh took plenty of time to communicate the disaster of a system that is in the house I'm renting, he showed up at 930 in the morning and didn't leave until after 6 P.M. to ensure the microbacterial infection was sanitized and taken care of.

I can not leave a high enough review for this company and staff!!!

When the land lord refused to take accountability for the issues, they worked with me to make a plan and ensured my family was taken care of!!!

Duct cleaning was thorough and professionally done. The team helped explain all the details the work and answered all my questions. I especially appreciate their working with me on scheduling to get my ducts cleaned earlier before our new baby’s due date.

Jake did a great job cleaning out vent system in a rental home we had. Sadly the ducts were incredibly dirty but he cleaned and sanitized them and the whole house smells fresh and clean. We should done this a while ago…like when we bought it! If you, buy a home it would be a good idea to have the vents cleaned. Then you know you are breathing clean air. Thank You APEX Clean Air

Jake was very helpful and explained everything he did and why. I’ve lived in my home since it was built in 1992 and never had the vent system cleaned. I feel very comfortable with the cleaning he did and taking the time to make sure I understood all about the necessity of cleaning the vents. I’m very pleased with the service and the job received.

From the first call to get quotes and information, they were thorough in explaining everything, no hidden fees, and even running a great special. Our technician, Zach, was professional, kind, and great at educating us while showing before-and-after pictures of our vents. It was shocking to see what had been in them! He took the time to protect the corners of our walls, was sweet with our crazy toddler, and made us feel completely comfortable having him in our home. We had quite a few moisture spots in some vents and chose the mold / mildew / fungus treatment add-on which cost more, but we never felt pressured by Zach. He simply recommended it based on what he saw and showed us. Because he had been so educational and honest throughout the entire experience, we didn’t hesitate to take his advice. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company, or honestly any type of home repair company. I’m sure all of their technicians are great, but we’ll definitely be asking for Zach when we use them again in the future.

Jake came on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job protecting all corners and furniture in our house while doing an amazing job with the house vents and dryer vents as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Michael as usual was amazing. A very polite young man who works really hard. He explained things to me and I did have a few questions that he totally answered. Asked if we liked the Halo he installed last week. It is really great. Noticed my daughter and great granddaughter daughter barely coughed at all during the night. Michael deserves kudos for a job well done.

Eric of Apex Clean Air went above and beyond in taking care of me. At one point he had to go under the house to reattach the dryer vent hose. He just took it in stride as part of the job. I'm so happy to have all my ducts clean and sanitized as well as my dryer vent. Thank you so much!!

Had my lower level vents and returns cleaned that apparently have never been done since house was built 26 years ago. Ryan was professional, courteous and didn’t mind the mess from ongoing renovations. Definitely recommend and will be using them for my hvac needs from now on.

Had this company come a clean my ducting system. The technician was on time, extremely thorough and spend the time explaining everything he was doing. He cleaned up afterwards and even changed my furnace filter. I will definitely use this company again.

We got our air ducts cleaned by Apex after missing a number of years. The men who came to do the job were super nice and very thorough. Both knew exactly what to do, very professional. Zach and (I never caught the other man's name)we're both very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who neds duct cleaning .

Duke was very professional and prompt on his work and Very thorough. He took care of everything And very cautious of the furniture that was surrounding.. very polite and respectful. Also , explaining step by step on what he's doing , and recommendations on issues that came about.
