Was in and out in less than an hour for leaking fuel pump, and that was when they were backed up. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Very nice and friendly got me in and out and fix my heater but don't do good wash out or something to desire I had to have them wash out it again

In n out let you park overnight for early service .Great people Great service Was No 3 4 5 week wait literally in n out will come again.

Don't go there if you don't wanna waste your money and time that don't help and fix it after 3 months problem still come back, They don't do right. I been there 2 times since lost 6 months nothing help it And I don't wish to have a business with them.

Business hours 8 - 5 and what we can do after 3:30 -4 o clock? That business is open only for their satisfaction and income for leaving, not for good service to the public, and and customer satisfaction. Our Thermo King equipment is not czeap. We need service open 24 hrs.

They are all friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I was totally impressed with their service and would go nowhere else in the future!

My bunk heater it’s not working properly so I got to this thermo king dealer which is the nearest one to me while in transit to Washington state …. I got there at 0730 morning waited until they opened at 0800 ….pulled in bay 5 and started working on my bunk heater after 5 hours I’m told by service Dept along with the tech guy that they can’t get my bunk heater working properly due to unprofessional reasons…… what were you doing for the last 5 hours working on my truck ?????

Service was great. Had fuel lines busted by tire blow out they worked me in immediately and had me back on road in less than two hours

Fixed APU under warranty. Was there right after they opened. Bit slow to get going in the morning but handled problem quickly and correctly (has run great since).

From repairs to sales, they have our back and are always friendly and helpful. Fast, efficient and they do what they can to help on the $$ end too. Thank you!

AWESOME service. Reefer unit repaired while we waited....took about 4 hours but back up and running like a champ. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, got me in pretty quick for APU repair, unfortunately didn't have the part needed, but was able to get me back on the road with the knowledge of what was wrong so I can get repaired after load delivery.
