Just had to pay 365.00 for them to change a plastic washer under the sink. 4 hours of labor charged for one tech to change the washer while the other one sat on the ground and watched. When we called to ask about the charges because we never received an estimate. They said we “just don’t understand the industry”. Not very satisfied.

Technician was punctual and professional. He identified the issue we were having (kitchen sink drain and drain line) quickly and offered an effective solution along with remidaiting a few original installation issues that were found - all of which were previously missed by a different plumbing company. He went above in beyond in the repair quality and attention to details. Would highly recommend if you want the job done right.

I can't speak to service that this business provides, but I can say that an employee decided to drive rudely by being in their phone while in traffic waiting for people to start moving. Then doubled down by glaring at me after I tapped my horn to signal to them that they should start moving. I don't care that he was on his phone, but the glaring at me as if I was the one who was in the wrong, that's not ok. If you're going to represent a business, you should probably drive more courteously, and you should probably not be on your phone.

I did not use their service but today I was driving and their company truck tailgated me very aggressively. If I had slowed a little or had to break there would have been an accident. He took the same exit as me and remained within 2 feet of my car and tried to push me to go faster. Very unsafe!! And it was a snowy day today. I see that another review has their driving down also.

Just witnessed one of your drivers in a company branded truck driving 85 in a 40mph zone at 4:45 am. Super unsafe and no regard for others safety on the road. Tried to call to express my concern but found no way of leaving a message. Disappointed by your employees disregard for everyone's safety on the road.

After tailgating us for several miles, the RM driver blew around us, then cut us off making us slam on our brakes in heavy freeway traffic. Then he tailgated the guy ahead of us before cutting them off too, almost causing an accident since the other driver also had to slam on their breaks. Then he cut another person off before we lost sight. again- HEAVY traffic. there was not space for him to change lanes at any point. For a mechanic company, you need better drivers. Roughly 5:15 between Idaho Falls and Blackfoot.

I had 3 of my pets and my boyfriend with me, they're my entire world and your driver had no regard for our safety or lives. I don't know what i would have done if we crashed.
