I can't say enough great things about this company. After a terrifying experience where my furnace almost caught on fire, Michael was out quickly and assessed the situation and spent hours determining the issue and what needed to be done. We needed a new system and they had it all installed the same day. We weren't even charged for after-hours service and this was all done on a Saturday. I would recommend Capital City to anyone who asks and even to those who don't ask. Great company, they make you feel like family and really take the time to be sure your system is working properly and that you're safe & sound. Please call Capital City for any of your Heating and Cooling needs. You won't regret it!!

We cannot recommend this company more! All of the reps are excellent; they have serviced our furnace, A/C, and replaced our water heater. They are knowledgeable and explain what is happening and will show you easy fixes in case it happens again, this was mainly for our furnace issues. They are reasonable and do not try to sell you on something you do not need. We highly recommend this company!

Zack cleaned up my antique Air Conditioner and replaced my cheap filters.
He even offered to help install my TV mount as that was my project while he was working on AC. I didn't use his help - the fact that he offered was so kind. I’m on their service program. Peace of mind!! Thanks Capital City - you made my home feel like home.

My dad suggested I reach out to Capital after our main AC unit went out and the previous company we had used ghosted us. They had great communication & competitive pricing with other companies that we got quotes from. Unfortunately there was an issue with the new AC pairing with our furnace. They worked for over 8 hours & into the evening trying to get it to work. Obviously we were frustrated & upset (and hot!) but Jessica was wonderful at communicating and came up with a solution that has left us even happier in the end. This is a company who does the right thing for their customers even if it costs them time & money in the long run & I will be using and recommending them going forward! Miguel from Capital City showed up the Sunday I called them when my ac stopped cooling, fan motor seized up on outside unit. Got my unit cooling again, had to use a different motor. Charles came back out in no time at all and replaced it with the oem motor. These guys are awesome! Great service and very professional. I highly recommend Capital City, thanks guys.

Zack with Capital City was out this morning for a much overdue maintenance appointment. He was prompt, courteous, & thorough. He also took the time to educate me in ways to get more life out of both my furnace & ac unit! This is why Capital City will always be my heating & cooling company!

These guys were able to come the same day I called. Very prompt service. Charles called before he showed up, was very couteous and able to explain the issue. Affordable and fixed it right on the spot. I will definitely be calling them with any issues in the future.

They are great, honest, and so easy to schedule. They show up when they say they will and do NOT try and gouge prices.

I bought my heat pump and electric furnace from them over a year ago and they had the best prices for what I needed. Also, the owner took my old furnace motor to his shop and got it running long enough to install a new system three weeks later during a heat wave.

Friendly, knowledgeable techs. They are very reasonably priced,especially if you sign up for the service plan. Also they don't try to sell you anything unless you REALLY need it. Every other company that has serviced our furnace and AC units has tried to tell us they need replacing. Charles from Capital City came out yesterday and did a great job going over our a/C unit! He explained everything he did and went over what he found. I highly recommend Capital City for your heating and cooling needs!

They've always been very helpful especially when we've had an issue with one of the furnaces or air conditioner. Have never over charged us on parts or labor. We do keep a service contract with them. Always have David come out. He does an excellent job.

Fabulous service for SIX years using Capital Heating and Air. I had them replace my furnace, water heater and air conditioning.the owner even came out and reviewed everything.
Professional, clean, answer questions and take time showing me what service they have provided.
Even recommended them to my brother when he needed a new furnace two years ago. He is very pleased too!!!

Excellent service! They did a checkup on our AC and found the outside unit completely clogged. He cleaned it out and got it running like new. This is our second experience with Capital. They re-zoned our entire HVAC system last year and did a great job! Highly recommend Capital. I should also mention they have fair pricing!

My AC was not working properly. Tech from Capital City came out and determined that evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant. Could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. Tech told me the coil was no longer being made since it took R410 coolant. He stated would try to find coil. After 15 minutes came back and said that coil could not be found and would have to replace the outside unit plus the coil. Quoted me $9322 for both. Could get to it within about a week, but if needed it over the weekend, then would cost extra for overtime. Within five minutes of his departure, I found several coils on line for about $750 each. Found three identical coils at supply house in Boise. Called an independent and had all fixed, up and running, nice cool house by 2:00 pm the next day and for less that $2,000.

Zach came out and did my AC service he was the first tech to do everything he was suppose to do, including hosing off the AC unit. Zach leveled my AC unit which has been sinking for quite some time and offered to save a few bucks paying check. He called when he was on his way and arrived early. It have used you guys for 13 years now since you installed my system and it’s great to have a company you can rely on. Thanks again!

The guys that came out to do my install when my AC went out we’re awesome. Very helpful. Very clean work. I recommend this place.

I would give this place a billion stars. not only did they give the best price around but when the owner heard we had no A/C with 2 babies he came out himself to replace everything so we had a cool house during a heat wave. I will never do business anywhere else

EXCELLENT FAST WEEKEND SERVICE!! If I could give 10 stars I would 🌟. Our AC went out and we found Capital City was open 24 hours. So we called at 6am to get ahead of the rush on what is supposed to be a hot weekend. We thought we would get an answering service and maybe someone to come later in the day or next day. Gary answered the phone and he was at our house in just about an hour which was BEFORE 8a on a Saturday. Excellent diagnostic and no extra charge for the after hours call. Gary was very personable, diagnosed the problem promptly, and the AC was humming along perfectly when he was finished. Can’t recommend them enough!! THANK YOU GARY AND CAPITAL CITY HEATING. We will be customers for life!!
