They do a great job! And they're always great to take me in I know it's expensive but isn't everything and they always get me back on the road as quick as they can!

They need a 9’ pool in the lobby, but other than that, they’re decent people.

I called them at 845am.they had me in at 935am.david the service writer is awesome! The tech that worked on my apu was honest and did clean work.i also met 2 other techs very nice and informative. The shop is very clean also the bathroom and driver room are clean.netflix on the TV also.
The work performed was alot.they saved me over $1200!! And its the only thermo king I've been into that I received a fair bill. I highly recommend this shop.i will be back!

These people are great. Arrived at 2:30 and they had my apu repaired and going good before closing. Great attitude toward the customer and overall great pleasant experience. Would definitely go here again.

I didn't even have any work done there and I like this place. I spoke with Omar in parts and he helped me find a part right where I am that's going to get me going and none of the other Thermo King dealers that I called would even help. I will definitely swing into this dealer and get to know them better. Great job Omar.

Exceptional service and quick response time at reasonable rate. Would definitely use again. Just wish all reefer Repair facilities were as efficient as this one is.

Thermo king did a great job fixing my conversion van heater. Found the issue and fixed right away. I would recommend them for any heater needs.

Charged me $220 for hour labor to fix bunk heater. Said it was fixed. Went to fire it up 6 hours down the road and no heat. Didn’t fix it. Took my money. Helped me answer some questions but should have been repaired properly. Not a hard task.

Thanks to Operational Mgr Lee. He took care of an APU problem that we purchased a year and a half ago. However due to the COViD we never got a chance to try it out until a few weeks ago, and it didn't work. Needless to say Lee was more than helpful to get to the unit fixed while it was out of state and under warranty. Very decent people to do business with!

Would have given 5 stars except for over charging, a $25 technology fee and other fees $60.97 without explanation. Plus the part was $43 but was charged $143. For 1.5 hrs including waiting for tech to start; $490. Work was fine and needed help badly and I recieved that.

Needed my tripac worked on and stopped here

The best APU service location around. Always go above and beyond to take care of the customers. Got me in before New Years holiday to fix my heater. They do everything they can to help the owner operators.

Chad and the crew at Peak Thermo king are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind when it comes to Espar diesel heater maintenance. They had my service done in two hours and gave me some advice on upkeep between now and my next service. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing diesel heater help.

These guys are such pros and so great to deal with. Super honest and professional. I can't say enough about them. We had an emergency refrigeration issue while passing thru Boise and they got us in immediately. Thank you Peak!

Nice job for change fuel pump, but the price for 2 other job code is absolutely absurd . 230$ and 130$ just for switch on the button with the finger and clear alarm , i can do it myself ! im sorry to say that but this thermoking shop is scam of overcharging.

It's amazing how pricey service is. $540 for a reefer service with no major add ons. A $16 seal and the $236 service, plus an additional $270 for labor. It's as much as a PM on my Paccar with a ton more oil. Besides the cost it took almost 3 hours. I did get right in a door at lunch time so take that into consideration. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Clean shop with about 6 doors. That being said, the tech didnt clean off the oil he spilled when changing the filter. Is that petty?; maybe. But for almost $600 id have liked to seen those shop supplies they charge for used to clean up the access area a little bit. I needed the service so what can I do. Im probably gonna invest in the tool I need to just do it myself.
