Apex was very professional and thorough. They provided before and after photos, and explained all the options. In addition to cleaning we opted for the one year sanitation solution. We feel good knowing we are breathing clean air again.

Ryan was pretty awesome and professional. I liked how friendly he was and how well he knew the products that Apex sells. He came originally to clean my Hvac unit but helped install a new air cleaning system. What I liked most about this company was how not pushy they are with products and service and I was extremely grateful that they looked into giving me the best deal and lowest price. Ryan could have easily gave me the high price and left but instead he called his boss and they worked out a deal for me because they wanted me and my family to have safe clean air in our house. This company cares for their customers and truly goes the extra mile.

I received a quality experience from Apex Clean Air, cleaning the HVAC air ducts in my home. Tim and Jake did a great job explaining everything in detail prior to starting and spent time doing a thorough job. Tim showed pictures before and after cleaning and provided valuable findings and recommendations. Overall a good experience.

We had them come out to clean our ducts. Michael did a great job! He also sanitized our ducts and put a Remi Halo air purifier on our system. Let me tell you that money was well spent. My husband has asthma and moving up here in the higher climate, he noticed the difference in his breathing. But when we moved into our brand new home, less than two months later he was put on three different medications and one emergency trip to doctor.

Apparently, there is a lot of debris and other things that get into the ducts when they’re building a new home, so our doctor recommended to have them cleaned professionally.

Since we installed the Remi Halo, he is off the medication’s and breathes so much better. I highly recommend using them and getting their professional opinion when they come out to clean your ducts.

Micha was our technician for our vent cleaning service, and he provided excellent customer service throughout the entire visit. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain his findings. Since we had recently moved in, he also performed a moisture test on the vent system, which came out positive to moisture then gave us valuable peace of mind knowing we can do something about it at the time of service.

We’re very glad we called Apex—our vents had not been maintained since the home was built. Thanks to Apex and Micha’s attention to detail, we can now feel confident knowing our vents are clean and free from years of dust, debris, and potential moisture-related issues. Hands down the best experience as a first time customer. Joe the HVAC tech was very educated, explanatory and kind, and same goes for the owner of the company ! The difference it makes to have your vents cleaned and the scary stuff you see come out them! I can’t believe my family was breathing that air. We feel so much better now with fresh cleaned vents. I had such a great experience with Apex Clean Air! The technician was genuine, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understood what was being done. I took advantage of Groupon to get the majority of my vents cleaned, but still ended up paying out of pocket for additional vents. It didn’t make sense to only do some of them,
so I was ok with this. Duke was on time,
personable, and professional during the entire appointment. He provided before and after pictures, which was helpful to see. He also provided recommendations on other services as well, but it didn’t feel pushy. Overall, the service that was provided was great and I would definitely use them again.

Do it! Getting air ducts cleaned was on my "to-do" list for more than 3 years. It kept falling lower in priority because of the price per vent offers. THEN Apex advertised $249 whole house. This was a good price for our 17 vents, 5 returns and 2 main runs. SO HAPPY and pleased with the service. I don't know if previous owners ever did this. Feeling reassured about improved cleanliness as they were pet owners and then we did construction.
~Scheduling was easy.
~Technician was polite, knowledgeable and courteous.
~I especially appreciated the orange cones that were placed around the house so none of the hoses scratched any walls, railings or furniture.
It took about 3 hours.

Zach and the gentleman who helped him clean the air duct in my home were fantastic! They were very professional and easy to talk to. I appreciated that they showed me before and after photos of all of the work they did, it gave me assurance that I was in good hands! They got the entire job done in a timely manner as well! I would recommend Apex Clean Air to anyone due to everything stated above, as well as there were no hidden fees or surprises at the conclusion of the job which was wonderful!

Stopped in to get my APU maintenance was in and out in no time. An the staff was friendly and courteous.

They got to me quickly, but, my estimate for work was kinda high. Got it done elsewhere for much, much less
