Highly recommend. Our heater failed on Sunday. Called in a service request. Monday morning they called back and got us on the schedule for Tuesday AM. Tuesday AM TJ showed up, identified the problem and called the office to check on the part availability. Another Tech delivered the part within 30 minutes and the heater was repaired. They are now our preferred HVAC company and as a general contractor I will refer all my clients to them. Thank you TJ and Aire Serv of Boise!

Our furnace stopped working and Bob (the owner of Aire Serv) reached out within minutes of placing the service call...on a Saturday, no less! Got the problem fixed promptly, and we were so satisfied that we hired his company for more projects. Hire them! You won't regret it.

Had a heating issue that needed professional care. Aire Serv of Boise set up the appointment for the next day, gave me a realistic time frame and the Tech that was sent out was Marco. He took the time to explain what was happening and the resolution. The next day Marco returned and replaced the motor. This company is not only professional

Marco was on time for appointment. Did the work and inspection thoroughly. And even made some recommendations for our heating and cooling system to make it better.

Our Lennox HVAC system has been intermittently stopping over the past few days, starting when it got cold here in Boise this 2025.
American Home Shield partners with Air Serve and they dispatched TJ the same day. He diagnosed the issue right away and, working with his dispatcher, was able to even perform routine maintenance during the visit. TJ was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him and Aire Serve.

I will start out by saying that there was nothing wrong with the service we received as everyone has been professional and kind. We had a quote given for cleaning the lower assembly and evaporator coil of our HVAC unit. The quote was $1,633. We had another reputable company come and gave us a quote for $350. I do not understand why the estimate was 4x as much as our second one. Again, we had no problem with Air Serv’s service, but that price estimate should have been illegal for what we actually ended up paying.

Our old A/C Unit and Furnace kept tripping off due to an issue with our 11 year old system. We went through our home warranty company who has a great relationship with Aire Serv of Boise, and I'm glad we did. We had one of their technicians come out and explain how we can keep addressing the issue (which we had done in the past), or they could work with our home warranty company to get us a new system. We still had to finance some of our new system, but it was MUCH less than if we hadn't gone with Aire Serv. Knowledgable, curteous, prompt, and professional. Marco and Aaron came out and installed our new A/C unit and furnace promptly. We had a few 'new install' issues, but they stood by their work and came back out to resolve them and some other worries we had. Bob, Marco, Aaron, and Kassy are all great. You won't regret going with Aire Serv of Boise. I usually am skeptical of 'Home Warranty' contractors, but these guys changed my mind.

TJ was the technician and he was fabulous to work with. Friendly, up front and even checked to see if the part needed was in stock before speaking to us about what was wrong. Great job TJ thank you very much for getting our heat going in our home for us!!

Marco installed a new HVAC system. He did a great job from beginning when he diagnosed my heater was a gonner and needed a new system to installing my new system. He was always on time and knew his stuff. Great company!

When they came out, they said that I needed a brand new furnace. They said it could possibly be cleaned but that I would need to pay for Freon and then it was $800-$1000 a pound. Quoted me about $10,000 for a new furnace. Another guy had already been out here before them and said it could be cleaned, but that the coil had to be pulled out in the blower. They said that was not true and they couldn’t be done. I’m happy to report after going with the other people and having them do a deep clean, my HVAC is working great. Completely felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Marco did a great job installing my furnace & air conditioner & thermostat. He took time to teach me the new thermostat, how to replace the furnace filter and he installed a carbon monoxide monitor, showing me how to change the batteries. I am so pleased with the furnace & with Marco. Thank you!

Had a great experience for having to replace our furnace and A/C!! Marco and Aaron (sp?) were great. Answered all of our questions, worked hard and efficiently. I feel so much better knowing we will not have a broken furnace this winter! Thank you Aire Serv of Boise 😊

Had a great experience with our tech TJ. He saved us in an emergency right before a trip. Came out to fix our heater, worked with our home warranty, and communicated throughout the whole process. Was super impressed - you don’t have this experience with companies anymore these days!

Our heater went out so I called our home warranty. Aire Serv was the company assigned. They reached out to me in less than an hour after making the service request, and set up an appointment for the same day.

Marco arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then had to provide that info to home warranty and wait for approval. This was on a Friday, so had to go the weekend with no heater. I reached out to Aire Serv on Monday
to see if I could just pay for the repairs myself instead of waiting on home warranty. They got back to me and told me they called the home warranty company and got the claim approved.

Aire Serv located the parts and Marco arrived later in the day. He had the parts swapped over in no time and our heat was back up and running. Marco was very knowledgeable and efficient at getting the repairs done.

Top notch company with a top notch technician. Would definite use again if the need ever arises.

Aaron was awesome! He came over and went above and beyond to make sure my heater was working! I also got a new thermostat, which was a much needed upgrade. He was fast, polite, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely being using this company for any possible heating and cooling needs

I had excellent service from Marco and his apprentice. My 25 plus year old furnace failed to start heating this fall. Even though it took them three trips to get the furnace working again, due ordering parts. Marco fixed the first problem and another error message appeared requiring another part. With each step I was updated on the progress and scheduling. I would definitely recommend Aireserve 👌

It’s not often these days that you experience a major HVAC issue and get a same-day appointment—but AireServ Heating & Air Conditioning made it happen twice for us.
One evening, we noticed our house was unusually cold, and First American Home Warranty dispatched AireServ to help. Before 8 a.m. the next morning, I received a call offering a same-day appointment between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Marco arrived right on time, was very pleasant, and got straight to work. He was professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease while in my home.
Three days later, around noon, we noticed the house getting cold again. We reopened the warranty claim and called AireServ, and they told us a technician would come out as soon as he finished his current job. Within two hours, Marco arrived. He explained that the part he had replaced was likely defective—or possibly the glass component was brittle—but he quickly fixed the issue and had everything running again.
Marco was polite, professional, and efficient both times. I highly recommend AireServ for any heating repairs or service.

TJ provided great service by letting me know he was on his way to my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I also appreciate the offers of extended service your company has and will be considering my options. I'm very grateful to have been able to call on a Sunday and have someone out here Monday morning! Excellent service overall.

TJ came out to do regular maintenance on our system and was fantastic! He was very professional, thorough, and polite. He also made sure to tell me about any suggestions he had to keep things running smoothly.

I also want to comment on the company as a whole. Every person I have encountered has all been wonderful to work with! We ended up needing a full system replacement a while back and they truly went above and beyond, making the whole process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend AireServ!!!
