Jim of Gem Heating responded to a Sunday evening call and came out within a couple hours on an emergency call in which he diagnosed why our A/C was not blowing cold air. He fixed the issue and explained how the fan motor is also contributing to the problem and will need replacement soon.

My original call to the company that sold and installed and warrants our whole HVAC system netted nothing more than an appointment set for 4 days from now while the day temps are in the 90s this week and my wife works from home all day. They won't be getting my future business.

I texted Gem heating at 9:45pm on a Sunday after my AC stopped working, they came out Monday afternoon to check the system! The service was great.

We had an issue with our furnace and called for service. James responded within hours and fixed what turned out to be a very simple problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and very fair.

James and crew from Gem are AWESOME. They showed up when they said they'd be here and diligently worked until the job was done. They were careful to leave no trace that they'd been here (except for the new unit they installed). We had to turn it off after a few hours because it was too cold!! Highly recommend Gem Heating & Air Conditioning!
