Joe has been exceptional in his service and repairs. Adding to that are his very reasonable prices. He comes when needed at all times of the day and understands that it may be better to repair something instead of just getting a new unit. We use him for our home and rentals.

I was dog sitting for a family member. The AC wasn’t working and she called her property manager before she left. Within only a few hours Joe, from Four Seasons, appeared. He had it up and running in less than half an hour. Afterwards, he explained what the problem was and what part he needed to replace. Joe is prompt, professional and friendly. Joe @ Four Seasons worked carefully to schedule a time for me. He was a few minutes early and called me to ensure I was ready. He seemed very thorough and communicated what concerns to me; and was very knowledgeable of AC-HT systems. I would definitely recommend Joe for any heating and air conditioning work. Joe and Ruben came out to my house today to replace our water heater. We have an old house that needs a lot of work and the replacement became a bit more difficult as a result. They worked as quickly as they could to get our water back on and the heater properly installed. They did a great job and were very willing to answer my many questions! We will be calling them back for any of our HVAC and water heater needs!

Joe, the company owner was very responsive when I called and was fixing our AC the same day. The work was done accurately and fast and his company was professional and friendly. Joe was polite and knowledgeable! He fixed my goof up. He tested the heating unit to make sure it was good and then reset the thermostat to a proper setting. I will definitely give him a call if anything else needs fixing!

Last year Joe came out and fixed my air conditioner and we really enjoyed him. He did amazing work. This week he replaced my hot water heater and again it was great service. Well, if you're like me, I grew up watching Casper the friendly ghost. (Dating myself a little) He was always pleasant and helpful to those who needed help. This was my first impression of Geff. Geff was nice, friendly and respectful. I had an AC cooling issue before the weekend and called Geff. My home was up to 78 degrees and climbing. With the temperatures in the valley hitting triple digits, he did not hesitate to come to the rescue. He reached my home in a timely fashion. Over the course of two days, Geff diligently was able to diagnosis my problem, get me and my family cool again, all at an affordable price. He even went as far as checking in on me and my family during his personal time off and said to let him know if we had any further issues. That's what I call service above and beyond. Geff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's not trying to sell you the next best thing or rob you in the process. Geff is honest and only wants what best for his customers. I've dealt with a few different HVAC companies that were out to make a buck. Let's just say I didn't call them again. Instead, I called Casper H&C because hands down they are the best. They are and will be my go-to company. I will be recommending Casper H & C to all my friends and family.
