These guys do great work! The business owner operates with honesty and integrity, and came out on short notice to service my furnace and repair my AC. Grateful this small business was quick to come out and did a great job with service and repairs. Highly recommend.

Casper/Geff fixed an issue with the zones in my HVAC system, replacing dampers and control boards. I feel like I hit the trifecta with Geff. The work he did was excellent, with great attention to the fit and finish. He did what he said he’d do, and when he said he’d do it. And finally I feel like I received excellent value for the work done. Based on my experience I’d highly recommend Casper!

I have been using Jeff with Casper heating and cooling for a couple of years now, prior to that I have always used the bigger HVAC companies. Do yourself a favor and call Casper heating and cooling. I guarantee you will not regret it. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable. There is no guessing and purchasing parts that you don’t need. That is what has happened to me with the larger companies. I truly believe Jeff genuinely cares about the well-being of your family. I called him in the absolute peak of summer because my little girls were so hot in my home they were miserable and instead of scheduling me a week or two out like the larger companies do he was there the very next day and got us fixed up. I will not use anybody else Casper is definitely a 10 out of 10!!

I can't say enough good things about Geff! He was very prompt in returning my calls and texted me to keep in communication about the repair of my 20-year-old furnace. It was a bit of a complicated situation to figure out and he was very diligent and kept coming back and trying new parts to make it work! He was very friendly and didn't charge me for some of the labor as the problem took a while to solve (which was not his fault) . I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat! Thank you Geff!

Jeff came over to help me out! I would give him a 10, if I could! He truly went above and beyond! My son, who is severely autistic, was MISERABLE…until Jeff showed up and fixed the AC…while battling my backyard! Lol

Decided to go with Casper for my first mini-split system and glad I did. From quote to finished project everything was smooth! Work was done with precision and area cleaned up above and beyond. My furnace problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly! I really appreciated the same-day service. Geff even offered to loan me a space heater if it was going to be something that required him to come back, but everything was taken care of so I could use my furnace that night. Thank you! The price of a new furnace was higher than expected, but after checking around I realized it was a fair deal. Jeff worked around my tenants' schedules and we are all happy with the final results. My heating/cooling unit died during the last cold spell i called Geff at Casper Heating and he came out right away. Diagnsed the problem and quoted me a price that wasn't to the moon. I just wanted to give my shout-out to Casper, (Jeff)! He did an awesome job replacing my heater. It went out at night in the winter he came out that day to see what the issue was then proptly the next day it was fixed!! What a blessing! If you need anything to do with heating and air this is the company to call!!!

Casper Heating and Cooling installed our HVAC system. Geff always explains/displays what he’s doing when it comes to dealing with maintenance. He is prompt in getting back to our calls and attending to any concerns we have with our system.

I was able to get my home AC serviced a day after I called. Knows his stuff, honest and he was able to troubleshoot and repair in less than an hour. All other name-brand hvac businesses had me wait a week before they could schedule me for a service (AC was blowing hot air), but he saved the day with next day service. For that, I will always support his business in any way I can. Thanks again for fixing it!

When I called him about my water heater pilot light being off,, he showed up at the house with in an hour. I was away at work for four days and completely trusted him with everything. He was able to get the parts and have it fixed the next day. It could’ve been the same day, but he gave me the option to go the least expensive route first, which I did… unfortunately that didn’t work and the very next day option two worked. I trust him 1000% and so should you. He always responds with an hour, he’s always somehow near everything and you will always get the truth and the beast way to fix the problem. I have hot water again and that is thanks to him. Thank you and till next time:)

Geoff and his team have been very communicative and reasonably priced.

My HVAC exterior fan was not turning on. Geff did some basic troubleshooting over the phone. Turns out it was a blown fuse. Geff was very honest and didn’t try to sell me a whole unit like most other company’s would have done. My hvac is old and when it finally goes out I’ll know who to call.

I cannot say enough good things about Geoff and the work he did. It was clear from the start of the call his biggest concern was getting our furnace in good shape. We have had really difficult interactions with many of the “big guys” in HVAC in the valley and working with Geoff was such a breath of fresh air! 12/10! Trust is top of my list when finding the right contractors and he gets that!

We had a very difficult system to renovate as our furnace blower system was in the attic of the house and the original builder did not provide adequate enough space for her to flow. Geff went out of his way to bring our home back to life.
