Our mini split system wasn't heating. James came out and got it diagnosed and up and running. There were some unavoidable costs, but he worked with us best he could and there have been no issues since. Great service, thanks James.

Reached out to Gem Heating and Air Conditioning after finding out our dryer vent was not up to code and a potential fire hazard. James came out the next day, went over quotes with different options, explaining the pros and cons of each, wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't try to upsell us. We decided a direction and he came out and completed the work the next day. The work was done quickly and they left my space cleaner than they found it. Will 100% be using them for any HVAC needs going forward.

We had a great experience with Gem Heating and Air Conditioning. James came out and took care of our A/C problem this past fall and we were able to sign up with their maintenance program. We look forward to working with them going forward! We’d recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

James and Jax came out and moved our outdoor unit down the wall a bit for an upcoming project.

Both James and Jax were extremely friendly and professional. The final cost came out very close to the initial quote.

James took extra care when discussing to take the future project in mind as to not cause problems down the road.

The final work is very clean and well done with extra care taken to make sure the unit stayed safe and in good condition during the move.

Joe is very honest and very responsive. Our heater stopped working with two small children in the home. He made it priority to come fix our issue quickly. Wow.... talk about fast and thorough. Our furnace went out overnight and the call was made first thing. These guys came out, after making us a priority, with a solid diagnosis and straight forward comprehensive estimate. The air conditioner in my rental house didn’t blowing cold after I paid someone else to recharge the Freon, I called Joe and he showed up to check it in the same day and find out what’s wrong another person did, he fixed the problem right way and he gave me a very affordable price for his service. He also fixed the problem for the water heater in annother rental house after I paid another guy to installed the water heater but it didn’t past the inspection! He is worry free guy if I have any job to let him to do!
