My air conditioning failed on the hottest day of summer! I didn’t have time to make a lot of calls for help. I asked several friends for a recommendation. “Call Gem Heating and Air conditioning!” I did and I am so glad I did. They were available to quickly assess my situation and provide options from temporary to permanent solutions. My entire system did need replacing, but I made informed decisions every step of the way that fit in my budget. CALL GEM FIRST you will be glad you did.

James quoted me a price for filling the refrigerant and then came back and told me they didn't use as much as anticipated so the cost would be less. That is integrity right there.

James came out within the hour! He was professional, kind, and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly!! Left a message for emergency repair on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back within 5 minutes. James came over the same day. A special part was needed which he needed to purchase from a specialty part store which was closed on a Sunday but James came back first thing in the morning to replace the part and fixed my furnace like new. James and his daughter Mila are true professionals. I've had issues with my AC for the last 4 years and have had several companies come out and not solve the problem. James came out and diagnosed thee problem in an efficient and professional manner that left no doubt what the problem was. He was very friendly and was able to describe cause to my complaint, why it was the cause, and also provided the solution. Thankfully this time it was a cheap fix. Finding good repairmen is a challenge these days and once you find one you better hang onto that number. We will be holding onto his number for ourselves and passing it around to everyone.

James and Ezra came out within about an hour to help me get my AC unit back up and running. They were very friendly and professional and made sure I was well educated on what my options and costs were and even told me what to look out for in the future with that AC unit to stay ahead of any problems. I can’t thank them enough.

I just finished having my AC unit repaired. What a painless experience!!! The unit stopped cooling yesterday. James was here today, walked me through what was going on and gave me several options for moving forward. He was helpful, gave me his opinion but didn’t ’hard sell’ me. Really happy with the service and the result.

Jax was very professional and made sure everything was in order. They worked on replacing my HVAC vents that were ruined after my leak.

My mother, who is 97, said the air-conditioner did not kick on. I live 30 miles away. So I called Gem's and talked to James about 2:45. He had time to see her later the same day. He did a quick fix for her that night but came the next day to finish the repair. Great service! I recommend him highly!
