Just had Dan from Meridian Plumbing (our go to plumbers) replace a hot water tank, not your standard install. Dan is a great representative of MP - they are always on time / on price / professional / and leave the place spotless. Couldn't suggest anyone better!!

Phil performed an annual HVAC service on our furnace as part of their maintenance program. He was not only thorough but value-added. He pointed out and discussed key recommendations for improved furnace efficiency. He shared details (including pics and video) of existing unit wear and tear concerns. I switched to Meridian plumbing heating and air because of their past superior plumbing services. I’m so glad they now have full-service heating and air too. Phil represents their new HVAC service well! You won’t go wrong with Phil!

Doug was extremely helpful! Our shower handle stopped working because it broke. Old house with old plumbing, he was able to get the shower working while we waited for the part needed. Friendly and fast service! Very helpful and knowledgeable! He was also very patient with our timid blind dog.

Had our furnace serviced. Phil was extremely friendly and helpful in the process. Meridian plumbing offers the club service where you get two visits a year for $208. I do trust this company and feel that they deal with their customers with the utmost integrity.

I live in California but I was here in Meridian helping my daughter with her home issues. Ramon was wonderful! Very pleasant to work with. You are lucky to have him represent your company. He offered solutions with no charge until our need escalates. I will make sure my daughter uses your company for any of her plumbing etc issues. Thank you!

As with previous service from Meridian Plumbing, they once again provided speedy, efficient, professional service! Galen came to our rescue within 30 minutes of contacting Meridian Plumbing for a leaking hot water heater! He was very professional, assessed problem, gave us estimates, explained in detailed all aspects of replacing water heater. He did an excellent job, thorough, tidy, answered all,our questions and did all that with a friendly attitude.

David installed our new water softener on 12/31/2025. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, was professional, courteous and friendly. He got right to work and finished within the time frame that was estimated for me before the job began. Once installation was complete, he reviewed his work with me and answered all my questions. He left his work area just as clean as he found it. He represented Meridian Plumbing well at all times and was a pleasure to have work on our install.

Update 12/31/25 - Once again, a challenge with an "older home" yet Galen with Meridian Plumbing made things happen. The water mixing valve in our primary bathroom shower was coming loose and could no longer be ignored. A call to Meridian Plumbing on Monday and Galen was scheduled for our home visit on Wednesday. Our home was built in 1984 and this valve was part of the original build with the proper accumulation of corrosion and lime build up. I had started to take this on as DYI, but was wise enough to make this call before I broke, stripped, or sheard something that would take this project beyond a simple repair. It is amazing what experience, wisdom, the right tools, and the right person can do to make for a quick and simple repair. Again, thank you Meridian Plumbing for a professional job well done. To repeat myself, I highly recommend this service as this is our go-to business for help.

Ramon showed up this past Wednesday, as promised, and got our primary bathroom sink faucet replaced. From talking with Siaha in the office on Tuesday, scheduling our repair work, to Ramon's work, this was a great, easy, and professional experience. David did an outstanding job installing our new water softener/filtration system. I asked to leave room for future additions to the system which he did (humidifier, hot water recirq etc.). David arrived on time, telephoned when he was enroute and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend David and Meridian Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing needs.

The draining pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking. David quickly found the problem and fixed it!! PLUS, he also replaced the sinks aged basket strainer. He was very friendly, kind, patient, informative, professional, and expedient. I would whole heartedly recommend Meridian Plumbing—and especially DAVID!!!

Another great experience with Meridian Plumbing and by Galen! A new toilet was needed in a spare bathroom and I've used Meridian Plumbing a couple times in the past and I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate they were just as friendly and helpful as they have been in the past. Galen came to the house quickly and provided a very reasonable price and was able to get to work installing the toilet immediately which was ideal and very convenient. Galen is a pleasure to work with, he is professional, and thoroughly answered questions. Meridian Plumbing is a 5 star business, they are fair, they deliver great customer service, work hard and know their business.

I would like to commend Meridian Plumbing for their honesty and professionalism. My master bathtub developed a crack, and I sought quotes for repairs. The initial quotes proposed replacing the entire bathtub shell and the vinyl flooring, citing the difficulty of finding an oval tub. The suggested solution involved installing a rectangular tub, necessitating flooring replacement, with a total cost of $5000.00. However, Meridian Plumbing's assessment revealed that the crack could be repaired for under $500.

Meridian Plumbing was amazing. Their appointment turn around time was less than 24 hours and they called to confirm.

Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very quick in diagnosing and fixing our leak. He also gave me some great tips for what to watch for, and how to prevent issues in the future for all of our pipes.

We purchased our own water filter/conditioner system and chose Meridian Plumbing to install it. I called them on a Wednesday and they had someone to our home on the following Monday. I thought that was very prompt service.
They sent their plumber Galen out to give us a free estimate and do the install if we were comfortable with the price.
We had Galen do the job. He was awesome and very professional. I quizzed him a little on his experience and I was very impressed. The install was very clean and looks amazing. He set up and flushed the system and it works awesome.
