Not enough stars for this business! In my entire adulthood I don't know that I've experienced such outstanding service. On a Sunday, after a fresh snow, late in the day, as a first time customer, and a surprise furnace failure later...this could not have been a better experience. This company will have my loyalty (and that of my family and all of our companies) as long as they are in business and they deserve yours too! From the first phone call into Giselle until outstanding human Jim Lyman drove away from our home, our minds were blown with the compassion, care, kindness, sense of urgency and technical expertise. It's just one Google review but the experience for us was a game changer. So many businesses talk about service but rarely do they ever deliver. THANK YOU Master Plumbing!

My first time using Master Plummer and I will be using them forevermore. Super nice and helpful on the phone, had a next day appointment available, Jeff showed up on time and he was awesome! Efficient, personable, funny and an all around delight! He even helped me move all my Christmas boxes so he could get into the crawl space, and he discovered where my water shutoff was INSIDE my house! I had NO IDEA after living here for 20 years! I’m so excited.

Thank you guys for being so impressive…hopefully I don’t need you again anytime soon, but I will be calling you back when I do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Seriously, I don't know how these guys have so many great reviews. They are super unresponsive and have rediculous pricing.
I called to set an appointment with them to have our septic tank pumped. I was quoted $380 for the cost, which was pretty resonable. Since this is our first time dealing with a septic tank, I asked them if they could have a service tech call so we would know how big of an area we needed to dig and make sure they would be able to reach our tank with their hose. I never recived a call. I called back 4 times to get someone to call us with no call back. Two days before they were scheduled to come up they called and said they would have to delay our appointment and they were going to charge and extra $185 to drive to our place which is only 15 minutes outside boise off hwy 21. We drive it every day and it takes more time to get from Boise to Nampa than it taakes to get from our house to Boise. That is just a compleate money grab.

Excellent service, prompt, courteous. Helped solved a problem that had stumped the very competent plumbing service that we have used in the past.

Austin and Hunter did an incredible job getting my kitchen plumbing set up. Austin provided my initial quote and the final price was exactly as expected. They got the work done quickly, remediated any issues, discussed options with me first, and made sure everything was tested and fully operational. They both went above and beyond.

Kyle Varner was super polite, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job with the tub faucet and replacing the kitchen faucets

Jim Colburn fixed a stubborn shower problem of ours with ease. He double checked his work at the end to make sure it did what it was supposed to. Highly recommend.

My water heater was leaking and Jeff came right over. He explained the process clearly and reviewed the components needed to complete the job. The whole process was very efficient, and Jeff was easy to talk with throughout. What really stood out was the value—true value isn’t just what a company says on their website, it’s how the customer feels at the end of the project. We had Anthony Vargas come to our house to empty our septic system. Could not have been happier with the service. Anthony was extremely professional and thorough, letting us know the condition of our system and providing advice on how to keep things in top shape going forward. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!

We have worked with Master Plumbing for a couple of years and through buying an older home, there have a few unexpected critical needs that they have helped with and this time was no different. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling that could not be traced and appeared to drip through recessed lighting only. Not only did they calmly assure us on the phone that someone would arrive soon, our plumbing technician Jim (Colburn) arrived within an hour, upbeat, positive and very focused on figuring out what the leak could be from. We were very impressed with how he treated it with care as if this was his own home and took it very seriously and efficient with great kindness. We just have to mention that Jim also took the time to explain what everything meant and helped us feel at ease that are home would be okay and not in any great danger or further damage while sharing knowledge with us about other potential issues in our home to prepare for the future. We really appreciate you Jim! Thank you.

We are extremely happy with Meridian Plumbing. Dan came out to assess our bathroom fixtures and he thoroughly discussed our options and cost estimates. We were so pleased that we also had him install a water softener. Dan is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The entire process, from start to finish, was 5 Stars. Great service from Alan. My first and only call for plumbing projects. He installed a gas line for our BBQ and a new sink in the utility room. Knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Tripp came out to quote us on the installation of a new water softener for our new build. He went to bat for us and got us a great deal, and installed the new system in our limited space and delivered exactly was asked. Friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered.
