They had someone at our house within an hour and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! He seemed to truly enjoy the work! Pricing was reasonable too.

Excellent service. Handled the permit and scheduling the inspection. Answered all of our questions. Used an American manufactured product. Very happy and added to our go to list of contractors when we need it.

I recently had a water supply line to an upstairs toilet leak while I was out of town. Returned home late on a Friday to find a mess in the garage. Left a message with Roto Rooter and they called me early the next day and sent out a plumber. Mike isolated the leak and stabilized everything then walked me through the whole process explaining what he found, the work he did, and next steps for restoration. He was professional, capable, and polite. He made a bad situation much better!

Conner was incredibly professional, friendly and informed me of every step he would take. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision in anyway! He was very considerate and cleaned up after each step. My bathroom is insanely small but he never complained and was patient and when he had to call in another technician (Austin) to help him he didn’t charge me. Austin was very polite and professional too!

Lee came to our house to work on a hose pipe that had burst. He was very transparent with cost and what work might need to be done. He was very quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Rick was prompt, efficient, and professional in dealing with our plumbing emergency. We had water discharged from our downstairs toilet — it flooded out both the bathroom and kitchen/hallway area. Within a couple of hours, he had us back in working order. Thanks, Rick for you excellent service!

Everyone on the team at this Roto-Rooter location is great! The technician, Clark, came right out after our phone call, assessed our needs, and gave us a fair quote with two different options for the repair that we needed. The team in the office got us scheduled quickly and efficiently and they were all very friendly and kind. They were able to get the repair scheduled within just a couple of days which was very helpful. Clark and Braden came to do the repair and they were both very friendly and professional. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule (which saved us money on labor) and kept us up to date on their progress as they went along. When the repair was completed they showed me what they had done and reviewed the repair process from start to finish. I highly recommend this Roto-Rooter location for any of your plumbing needs!

We had a pipe leak under our house and Rick came out. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything step by step. He got the restoration crew out quickly and they got the water cleaned up. Would highly recommend Rick at Roto-Rooter.

Boy howdy, that Tony fella, whatta guy. My family came over for Thanksgiving — I have a big family — and the things they did to my toilet could only be described as unholy. Maybe it was the food I cooked, I dunno. Backed up my mainline well into the next day, but Tony had it cleared in under an hour. I’d highly recommend their services anytime.

Ian, Brayen, and Jon were incredibly fast, efficient and professional. They showed up early within the estimated time of arrival on a Saturday night, no less, and quickly were able to fix our broken pipe inside our wall. Would definitely call this company again, if needed in the future.

We had a backed up kitchen sink and I tried to “ol’man” and fix it myself. Well, I was in over my head and called Roto-Rooter - we had used them years ago for a prior incident (I am still not allowed to talk about it publicly)…anyhoo I called on a Friday fearing it would be days to get someone to come over to look at it … they sent someone out in 30 minutes. Rick was awesome - fixed everything and explained everything to me… Rick was da bomb 💣 !! We laughed we cried and he did his magic!! 🪄 . I did kinda hover a wee bit (like some Geico commercial old man) and he didn’t seem bothered 😬. if I could give 6 ⭐️ I wouldn’t hesitate!

If you're like me and forget you have a septic that needs pumped, skip the line and call Roto-Rooter! Finding out your septic tank is backed up at 2AM is not a pleasant surprise, nor is calling multiple companies that state open '24-7' who either didn't answer or return a phone call (at all), or stated they could get to you in two weeks... However, Roto-Rooter not only answers the call at 2AM, they follow up when they say they will and they show up on time! But more importantly, they send amazing service techs who are polite and professional and are not afraid to get dirty - the best part is they do it with a smile! I dont know about you, but I don't think I could keep smile or my professional attitude dealing with someone else's mess such as this! Highly recommend Roto-Rooter based on their costumer service, their professional employees, and their affordable pricing!

This was my first time working with Roto Rooter and it was a great experience. It was a 5 minute phone call, a tech was out in less than an hour, and not long after that my washing machine drainage issue was fixed. Vance was my technician and he was courteous, walked me through all the options, and was really helpful.

They came out fast to conduct a sewer scope. The tech was professional and brought shoe coverings to avoid tracking in dirt. He was kind & professional, while getting the job done quickly. We were provided a video of the sewer scope at the end on a flash drive. Would recommend to others for the same service.

Alex and Ian were amazing and went above and beyond. Couldn't be more thrilled with their service. They dropped a cone in the pit and retrieved it, rinsed everything they used, put everything away and it was shocking to see the effort and attention to detail. I needed extra service and they got that arranged for me as well at short notice which saved my equipment. They truly have a great work ethic and attitudes and I couldn't appreciate them more!!!

I called the morning of a plumbing issue and they quoted me a time but ended up coming sooner. Riley came out and fixed it really quickly. He also did a great job explaining to me what he was going to do, and what exactly I was getting charged for. He was super friendly and very efficient.

Called roto rooter to get my drain unclogged at 3 in the morning, was charged $750 to snake.. Did not clear the drain, came back the next day, dug up my yard and charged me another $500 to clear the drain but broke the other toilet instead.. I had to pull the toilet myself and get roto rooter to replace.. took half a day off from work to wait for them to find a matching toilet.. in the end, they replaced the toilet with a smaller toilet, and put the elongated seat on and left… I have never seen such horrible work and service from one company in my life..!
