We recently had our water heater go out on us. We called another company and they came out and let us know they couldn’t get it replaced until after the holiday weekend. We panicked thinking we’d have freezing cold showers for the weekend, however, we called Jennifer and she quickly sent John out. John was able to replace our water heater same day within a couple of hours. The service was fantastic!!

John showed up on very short notice to give me a bid on replacing all polybutylene piping in the entire house. Carlos and team did a great job removing and replacing the piping and was very attentive to all details, even putting up with dogs trying to help them! I would highly recommend All Star Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

John at all star plumbing is the bees knees, the cats pajamas, the crème de la crème, the shit, the best, the real deal, however you want to phrase it. These guys are legit. 10/10.

We recently had our sewer line replaced by beacon plumbing and they charged us an arm and a leg. They did fine work, but when we had another leak I called all star and damn, I was impressed. They were professional, courteous, kind, funny, compassionate, honest and fair.

They will be my plumbers for life and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We discovered water flooding our basement one evening, we called All Star Plumbing and they quickly came to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the leak and assisted in the restoration, but they educated us along the way on how these issues happen in the first place. The employees at All Star plumbing demonstrated honesty and care from beginning to end and checked in with us on the job all the way until it was resolved. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know who is in need of honest work in the Treasure Valley.

As a property manager, it can be painstaking to find good, knowledgeable, and communicative contractors. We had a pipe leak after hours and All Star were quick to the property to get it stopped and repaired.

It ultimately led to them doing a full re-plumb of four tenant-occupied units. Jennifer in the office was always very prompt and thorough with her responses. The project manager, Shane, was very knowledgeable and made this project as quick and painless as he could for our Tenants.

The crew at All Star made this large (for us) project very easy and stress-free, I'd absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs, big or small!

We had Carlos out a few weeks ago to do a whole house repipe, water heater replacement & some extras. They were very kind and communicated great. Overall really happy with their work and the ease with working with All Star Plumbing!

They were very professional. Our tub, toilet & bathroom sinks weren’t draining. They came right away the next day (did offer to come that evening but we were ok with the next morning. They came at the specific time, showed us on camera what the problem was, preceded to fix it, all is great. Came the following week to fix what needed to be strapped to the floor Joyce. We were quoted a price for the second visit & because it didn’t take long, $400 was taken off the quote. Honest company to deal with.

Great and easy to work with, a friend referred me to them when I had a toilet leaking, John was very helpful and fixed it very quickly. Advised me that an outside faucet was ok and didn't need anything- great news. Because this was such a good experience I had them replace my 20 year old hot water heater. Again, great experience - John and Alex did a great job. I did check prices and theirs was the best price- by quite a bit! Best thing you get from these guys- Peace of Mind!

All Star Pluming and Restoration did a great job for me. I have a very old property with aged plumbing and poor access. They helped me make some good decisions and performed the work quickly and with good quality. They were willing to work around my building's tenants schedule, which was a big plus for me.

For the scale of work, I believe we received a very good value! I'm happy to recommend the All Star Plumbing team any time!

We were experiencing a lack of hot water in our shower and called All Star this afternoon about 1 pm. Jennifer advised us that she could send Carlos and Zack out and they would be at our home by 2 pm. They were here and fixed our issue and were finished by 3 pm. This is the second time we've used them, the first being a complete remodel of our master bath. We purchased all of the fixtures and they installed them, including a 400 pound freestanding bathtub. Their employees have all been very courteous, kind, friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable! We will recommend All Star Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber!

I had All Star come out 2 years ago to replace the polybutyleen (grey pipes) under my house. They also did a small repair on a water pipe in my backyard. I had another repair needed on an irrigation pipe this year because the blow out wasn't done properly. They were great. John and Carlos are prompt and courteous. The repair cost was less than estimated and they spent a lot of time just working with the irrigation staff. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Give and you shall receive. John was doing some work for my neighbor, I walked out and asked him a question and bounce my theory off him. He confirmed that I was partially right and then continued to not only drop knowledge, he fixed my low hot water flow out of my kitchen sink in 10 minutes. When my 16 year old water heater finally gives out on me, I know who I'm going to give my business to.

We had All Star plumbing come out to replace the pipes in our house since we had the gray polybutylene pipes that are prone to bursting. We also had them add a water softener and replace our 15 year old water heater. Out of three plumbing companies, they had the best price but John also made the best impression on us during the estimate process even before we were given the quote. Shane and Carlos came out to complete the work and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional, clean, and courteous. Best of all, they were beyond patient with our three little boys asking them all sorts of questions. We will highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Allstar Plumbing has done several jobs for me over the years, including finding a sewer gas leak, changing toilets out, fixing leaky pipes, new water heater, but most recently did a huge job digging out an old sewer line and replacing it with a new one. They are my first call for a sewer scope or any diagnostic plumbing issues. They are EXPERTS! I can’t say enough good things, they kept the site clean every day and worked efficiently. It was a big job and everyday they had multiple people on site working. I would highly recommend hiring them for small AND big jobs! They are always my first call 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend All Star Plumbing in Boise, Idaho! They re-piped our entire home and added a new water heater. The Lead Plumber Carlos was amazing— knowledgeable, professional, an excellent communicator, polite— a great guy all around! We were able to stay in our home during the re-pipe, which was extremely helpful to our family. Both owners are highly involved in the day-to-day operations. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. Unfortunately, a leaking pipe was discovered under our home and All Star Plumbing was quick to respond and take care of it. Another leak was found the following day and their response was just as quick. Very pleasant, professional people (Johnny and John) to deal so were very pleased to have them on our restoration team.

It’s always a wonderful day when you come home and you find a leak in your house specifically the bathroom the first thought is to clean up the water, but the water has a better idea. I’m gonna keep adding to it. But that’s when I picked up the phone and called All-Star plumbing. That’s when Johnny arrived Milwaukee flashlight in hand He will listen to your stories of what you think it is. But He has found the problem and on his way back out the door to retrieve his tools. Somewhere in the time span of about 30 minutes, Johnny has cut into your wall found out what valve was leaking replaced the valve removed your old gray waterlines, and replaced it with new pex. Oh, it was a great experience and all you know your house will have more experiences with water and plumbing. All-Star plumbing will be my go to from here on out!!!

John, Carlos and the entire team at All Star are truly amazing. They are always punctual, always friendly and helpful, and have been to my place for everything from emergency late night weekend basement floods to fixing weird DIY plumbing installed by the prior owners of my place to upgrading and swapping out new sinks to troubleshooting. It was truly such a relief to have a familiar friendly face come by when our basement flooded earlier this year and the referrals from John and team for other contractors and professionals have also been outstanding. I won't use anyone else in the Treasure Valley. Highly recommend giving this shop a call first if you run into any plumbing trouble whether its a full on emergency or just asking for a quote and an opinion on the best approach for a repair/replace.
