They removed old galvanized plumbing and installed new PEX throughout the home with efficiency and care. The workmanship was clean, the communication was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.

Roto Rooter was recommended to me by a friend who’s a plumber himself. We’ve used them a few times now in 2023 and 2024 for drain clogs at our business, and they’ve been solid every time. Today we called on short notice and Vance came out to take a look. He quickly identified the issue, explained what was going on, and got our drain back in working order without wasting time. Super professional, efficient, and respectful of the fact that we’re a busy restaurant. Shoutout to Vance and the Roto Rooter team for always coming through when we need them.

Price for me was much higher than typical because travel fee to my remote location. Little mix up with the quote, thought I was getting an incredible deal but was contacted the next day about being misquoted. Not that big a deal other than I may have looked for some other quotes but for next day service I chose to go ahead with them.

My service tech Alex was great. On time, professional, effecient, and explained things thoroughly to me. He also gave me guidance on some other issues I was having, which i did get resolved. He, of course, recommended them for the service, but did not use any kind of pressure or scare tactics for other services. All in all I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Rick and Bryce came quickly to replace a shower for us. They were very informative and kept us in the loop the entire time and had positive attitudes despite many problems that arose (with our older plumbing). They got the job done quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be more grateful! Highly recommend.

Jim Colburn was amazing. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. He talked to both my wife and I and explained what he was doing and taught us how to turn off our water. Explain the pros and cons of the different types of pipes. Shared his opinion and also his professional advice. Explained everything thoroughly and did the job quickly and professionally. Jim is now my number one go to plumber.

Working with Master Plumbing and Jim Colburn was very easy! Jim was great and he replaced my leaking exterior hose bib/spigot. He was very patient and narrated his steps when I had questions. His responsiveness and professionalism was awesome. Thank you!

Troy from Master Plumbing did a great job taking care of my septic clog and pumping. I needed help fast and he was able to fit me in quickly. He sent me a text with his information and picture so I knew who to expect. As he worked he explained what he was doing and how to avoid the clogging issue in the future. After calling around for a company to pump out our septic tank, I was directed to call Master Rooter Plumbing. Couldn't have made a better choice. Called their office and was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician that was sent out was Brad Smith. Brad Smith pumped a septic tank for us and he was very friendly and polite. He did a very good job. He power washed the inside of the tank because it was quite bad to make sure it was empty. Very good person and takes pride in his work. Would request him if we ever need it done again.

I have used Master Rooter in the past and required their services again. They were able to accommodate me same day. Before the technician arrived I was provided with his photo so I was aware of who was coming to my house. Jim was very professional and cleared the drain in no time flat. He made sure the sink Ran clear before he left. I would very much recommend this company and if needed I will use them again myself.

Have some galvanized pipe that has started to leak and needed a water heater. Jim C was amazing! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel pressured into doing any unnecessary work. He also identified other areas that may pose a problem in the future as well as a leak we didn't notice. Give that boy a raise!

My initial contact with Melissa for scheduling was excellent and 5 stars as related to her courteous and prompt attention to what I needed. I especially liked the text and email confirmation of my appointment and the employee's name who was serving our septic. Troy showed up on time and his equipment was neat and clean. His customer service skills were excellent and he was a professional on all aspects of his work and uniform. I will use Master Plumbing for all of our properties in the future.

Highly recommend Master Plumbing! Very impressed with the technician Adam and the service I received. Adam installed new toilets at my home. My appointment was between 10-12 and he showed up at 10:00 on the dot. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything to me before the install and did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to help me with some other plumbing issues I had questions about.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He came out after hours to help me with a water leak and was diligent, respectful, and very adept at what he does. He also helped me with finding the correct person to do restoration and walked me through a process I knew nothing about. I can't say enough about his great service.

I recently had a clogged sewer line. Technician Travis came and had it working again in a few minutes. He has been out before and is always pleasant and professional. He's an asset to Master Plumbing.

Hunter was great. He quickly got the water connected and turned on. He was also very thorough checking every faucet in the house and cleaning all the aerators and lines to make sure they were all working correctly. Master Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs.
