Called for leaky pipes under our kitchen sink. I was pleased when a man named Jim showed up. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable in what he does. He was professional, kind, efficient and informative. I enjoyed our short interaction and the pipes look great. More importantly, they are fixed and no longer leaking. Thank you, Jim.

Jim Colburn fixed a leak in our master shower and did a fantastic job!! He contacted my husband when he was on his way to our house as we requested, to be sure we could be available to meet him. He was prompt, thorough and efficient in his work and took the time to explain the problem to us. He also referred us to a restoration company he highly recommends to repair the water damage but told us to let him know if there were any problems (the company already called and are coming out tonight, so far so good!!)! He was pleasant, courteous, friendly, and highly competent! We will definitely use him and Master Plumbing again!! Thank you!!

I called because I was trying to remove a Moen shower cartridge that had been in since 1976. Tried for 2 days. Called Master Plumber, and got a same day appointment for 2pm. Then at 11am the technician, Jim Lyman called and was in the area. Jim explained the charge before proceeding. He got it and checked for leaks. From the first phone call to the office to Jim Lyman doing the work, they were professional and caring. I highly recommend Master Plumbing.

He arrived ahead of schedule (after checking in first to make sure that worked for me), identified and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently, and was informative, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Adam is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful! He explained everything being done and what needs to be done in understandable detail. He also made the call to bring in a other professional for other work that needs done that Master Rooter doesn't handle. We are quite pleased with the service!

Doug came over to inspect a leaky fridge valve that we had and was very professional and informative. He gave us a quote and came back a couple days later. He was very quick and did a good job, I will definitely be calling Master Plumbing again when I need their services!

Cliff was awesome, we had some sewer leakage on the side of our house and he got us all fixed up super quick. He was also really friendly and arrived before his scheduled time. If we have any future repairs we'll definitely give them a call.

BEWARE!! I used Master Plumbing to do a sewer scope on the house I purchased and they said the line was clear and newer. Fast forward a few months later and my basement flooded and come to find out, they didn't properly scope the sewer line. They only scoped from one clean out to the next clean out. It turns out the line actually had root and debris intrusion and was ORIGINAL! $6000+ in repairs later and they refuse to call me back and take responsibility for the repairs, yet wrote in an email that they are at fault. This company has no regard for professionalism and has been horrible to deal with. I was told the owner would be calling me but a week and a half later, have received no phone call. IF YOU HAVE PLUMBING NEEDS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Master Plumbing is our "go-to" plumber! We have multiple properties in the valley and unfortunately have experienced some major plumbing issues. We can't say enough about their quick response times, friendly and knowledgeable staff, honest and quality work. Highly recommend! During our most recent fix, Doug S., was very timely, thorough, and took time to provide education on maintenance. All around 5 star company and staff!

What a great experience. We had the most pleasant technician. Dr Hunter J. Dr Hunter was skilled, quick, and a pleasure to have in our home. We were scheduled for sink plumbing to be connected and we were able to add-on an additional service with a quick call to the office. This was the first time we used this particular plumbing service and we would not hesitate to use them again - especially is they sent Dr. Hunter again :) Thank you!

I was hoping to have a slop sink installed in my garage, but it turned out the project would be much too invasive. Kyle was professional, patient, and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to install the sink, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Master Plumbing again.

Kyle Varner installed a pressure reducing valve in my home. He was friendly, but very professional in explaining the work to be done. He took great care with his work and made sure that I was satisfied with the completed job. I give Kyle an "A".

Adam was awesome today in helping resolving a drainage issue. Not only did he fix it, he diagnosed it, showed me the results, and put a plan in place for a future permanent repair. Incredibly easy to work with and lots of knowledge. I am DIYer for the most part, but I am SO GLAD he came out solved a major headache that was way out of my reach. Loved the honesty too. See you guys in spring!

Kyle Varner did an awesome job repairing a leak in our crawl space and helping us understand the root cause for the leak. He was friendly, prompt, honest and transparent in his interactions with our family. He shared pictures and video of the problem, took time to explain it to us and worked with us to confirm his repairs fixed the problem. We would definitely hire him in the future.
