I've needed a plumber 3 times in the past 5 years and have used Viking on all 3 occasions. I've never been disappointed. They responded quickly and solved my problems at very reasonable prices. My most recent need was a leaky shower/tub assembly. Don immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Viking has saved me a boatload of money and headaches in the last 5 years and I strongly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. With any luck you'll get Don and his great plumbing prowess as well as superior customer service skills.

After getting an insanely expensive quote from another company, I thought I'd get a second opinion. I'm very glad I did, as Viking came out to my house for a free estimate (which ended up being 1/4 the cost of the other guys) and had the work done the same day. The repairs came with a 5 year warranty, which is great. The technicians were honest, friendly, and professional. Would happily recommend Viking to family and friends!

Jeff arrived quickly and got right to work on our issue. It took longer and was more complicated than originally anticipated but he was able to get it done the same day. The cost was very reasonable and we are very appreciative of his work to get our washer hose bib back to working order!

We had questions about the water softener we had purchased from Viking over a year ago, so they sent a very nice, professional young man to our home to review the setup with my husband and made sure the system was working correctly. They did that service at no charge! Awesome service! That young man deserves a raise!

This is an excellent outfit. Very reasonable and an owner who treats his employees like we’d all want to be treated. Dustin was our technician and raved about the owner “boss.”
Dustin is a very friendly and super plumber…,knows his stuff and always willing to explain things when asked. He doesn’t rush the job to hurry to the next one. Super guy!

We had our main sewer line replaced due to collapsing pipe. The Viking plumbing crew was awesome! They quickly addressed our concerns, showed up on time, stayed with estimate. The on-site team was respectful of o property and pets. Highly recommend them.

My experience with Viking Plumbing was brief but very pleasant. I could not turn the outside faucet on my house so assumed it was needing some kind of repair. From the first phone call to Viking I was treated warmly. I did have a visit to see what the problem was. To my embarrassment the plumber was able to turn the nozzel the first try!!! I clearly need to work on my upper body strength. I offered a payment for the visit but was turned down. My experience has always been you have to pay for the trip out even if you don't end up needing anything done. I appreciate the gracious response to my crazy plumbing request. I will definitely be call Viking when I do in fact need a plumber. Highly recommend.

I have used Viking plumbing on two separate occasions. Jose is awesome and understands the meaning of customer service. He is by far the best Viking has to offer. Bill was also very helpful in working with me to get my issues resolved.

Jose is incredible! We had been having toilet issues in the women's restroom at work for months. The landlord had another company come out weeks ago that just wanted to sell her all new bathroom and kitchen equipment when it wasn't necessary. Well today I actually full on broke the toilet LOL My co-worker reached out to Viking and we had Jose onsite within the hour. He completed the toilet replacement and had an awesome attitude. I will call Jose for any future plumbing needs for sure!! Give the guy a raise!

Absolutely impressed with this company. I called with a leaking pipe and was put on the schedule the next day as it was a slow leak and didn't think it counted as an emergency. The tech, Austin, called to say he was available to come earlier than my appointment if I wanted. He came and surveyed the issue and quoted me a price which I was pleasantly shocked it wasn't the arm and leg I was expecting. He fixed my issue quickly and said to let them know if there was any problems. I would and have recommended Viking plumbing to friends and family.

Viking Plumbing and in particular Dustin did excellent work and were excellent to work. Dustin explained each step Of the project and kept us in the loop on their progress. The entire experience was positive and we would recommend Viking and use them again.

Can't say enough about how well Viking Plumbing did on our recent job. We bought an older home on the Bench that ended up needing a full water line / sewer line replacement. Viking provided the best quote for even more work than three other plumbing services we contacted. It ended up being a major excavation spanning 4 days. The team (Johnny & Jeff) arrived on time each morning and worked hard throughout the day, allowing us to finish ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job and walked us through it each step of the project. Suffice it to say, Viking will be our go-to plumbers from here on out.

I read online reviews prior to selecting a plumbing company and was not disappointed. Viking Plumbing is a top notch company and I will be using them every time I have a plumbing need! Joey and Don were the best, very professional, knowledgable, honest, hardworking and got the job done right! I am very pleased all around and if you are considering a plumbing company, Viking Plumbing is definitely the company to go with!

Needed to use Viking Plumbing a second time for a different job and Jordan came out. Great guy and was done in less than 30 minutes! Highly, highly recommend!

Used Viking a third time May 2020 and Benjamin did a great job, quickly and high quality! Will continue to use. Joint Plumbing for all plumbing issues!

I had my kitchen faucet replaced on Friday, then on the following Wednesday, needed my water heater replaced. Both times, they were able to come out within a couple of days. They were polite and professional. They did a great job! I would recommend Viking and would use them again!

After some initial scheduling confusion, they came out first thing the next morning. Cleaned out the main sewer line, gave some helpful maintenance tips, and diagnosed a venting problem while offering several options to address it. Vince was thorough and professional. Everything has been running great since they came out. Definitely recommend.

Had them come out again for leaking pipe in my basement. Replaced the old copper section with PEX and replaced two old frozen valves and a leaking hose bib. Tyler was great and we got things fixed before they could cause a lot of damage.

Had them come out again to clear a stubborn slow bathroom drain. Dustin snaked it, tested it, snaked it again, and recommended a product to get on Amazon to help with buildup in the old galvanized pipes. As always, great service.

Jose was very professional and on time. He explained everything to me completely before doing the work and worked very quickly to get the job done. It was so nice dealing with a plumbing company that was honest upfront and worked hard to make me feel comfortable through the whole process. We need more companies out there like Viking Plumbing, they know what they are doing and they are very professional in the job they do.

Update 1/24/2025 - I had an emergency today when I found my backflow water leaking into my basement. Dustin Peterson from Viking came by on very short notice and expertly found the issue. He explained everything and fixed it. This was even though I had been told that all the plumbers were booked out all weekend. Dustin came out anyway and solved my water leak issue and took the time to explain what caused the leak and fixed it for me. I couldn't be happier at this moment. Thanks Viking and thanks Dustin.

I have used Viking Plumbing a couple of time over the last few years with great results each time. I keep calling them back for different jobs because every time I need them they are on time, courteous, friendly and they explain what they are doing and why. They are a pleasure to work with, they don't break the bank and I know the job is going to get done right. This is a plumbing company I have found I can trust.

A few weeks ago I called in with a slow bathroom leak late in the day. The next morning Tyler with Viking Plumbing arrived, diagnosed the issue and got it repaired in a timely matter. He was very respectful of my property and did a great job. Kept me informed of what was going on as he worked and cleaned up after himself. He made sure I had no questions when he left. Great service, highly recommend.

Viking was able to come out same day and help with a tankless water heater issue. Wyatt was patient, professional, and thorough. Great service and will have no hesitation contacting in the future if needed.

Great service. I ha1d some urgent plumbing needs. They were efficient and thorough. I had one issue they checked out and found the area was not leaking and no moisture under the house. Greatly appreciated their help and work.
