Jeff came out to my home on 11/21/22 to give me an estimate for a minor bathroom remodel. We were moving two existing vents, moving two existing drains, and moving two existing water supply lines. He said he didn't want to do it and immediately walked out.

Very pleased with the whole team at Hyde Park Plumbing. My sewer line failed in my 1890 house, they came over and fixed it within a week. Before they replaced the sewer line they got me up and running after several other plumbers tried. Professional, nice people to have around. And a lifetime guarantee on my sewer line. They also suggested a disaster clean up company and a renovation company for the damages. Even though they dug up my yard, you would never know! Thank you, so glad to have a new sewer line!

Hyde Park Plumbing installed 2 water heaters for me on May 6 2014 at my home for $2,352.68. On May 3 2015 I had to inspect the coils on my air conditioner and the gas line that Hyde Park Plumbing installed blocked access to getting the panel off for inspection of my air conditioner coils. I called Jeff the owner and explained to him that the gas line he put in blocked access to the panel for the air conditioner coils. I said that I expected him to reroute the line since it is blocking access to my panel for my air conditioner coils. He came out 1 week later and checked it out and said that he would not reroute the gas line because it was going to be a lot of work and the work he did was to code and he did nothing wrong. It did not matter that a gas line he put in blocked my access to my air conditioner coils. I feel this is very poor customer service.

Have used HPP four times through two homes to date. They’ve always managed to totally
nail our issue and solve it each visit. Most recently the quality honest down to earth advice went a long ways with the issue and so glad I never thought twice about calling someone else. It’s no wonder they’ve expanded from one to four certified plumbers over a couple of years.

The plumbers at Hyde Park saved the day. When the toilets backed up at our house our home warranty company sent a plumber out from a different company to “take care of it”. He wiggled a stick around our sewer line and let us know it was all better. It wasn’t. He came out again and gave it a good wiggle and declared it fixed again. It still wasn’t. After 3 days of not having use of our sewer line (toilets, showers, sinks) we gave up on the other plumber and started calling around. Since it was a weekend we weren’t having much luck. When I got in touch with Hyde Park, Jeff and his crew came out on their day off and replaced the entire sewer line without completely destroying our yard. Our house is old and roots had filled the line. I’m so thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond to get us back to being able to use our plumbing.

These guys are great! I've called them multiple times with "emergencies" and they are always responsive and have been over in short order to fix the issue. We had a bigger job in the back yard last year (roots growing through a pipe) and they needed to be in and out of the house. My wife was comfortable being here alone with the crew and we ended up leaving them to work for multiple hours without any concerns. The work has been solid and we haven't had to have anything re-done. Really can't recommend them highly enough!

Truly cannot say enough about this company. They are incredible. They have been by my side since I bought my tiny 100 year old home five years ago and have carefully, competently, and thoughtfully solved many problems for me over the years, including issues with an old, poorly installed bathroom and collapsed sewer line. In addition to this, I recently had my bathroom remodeled by a different company and unfortunately found out after the fact that it was done improperly and many aspects of it were not up to code. Jeff has walked me through every step of the way in getting this solved and has been an incredible source of expertise, not to mention emotional support, all the while not charging me a single penny. They truly feel like advocates for my historic home and I trust them completely. Forever grateful that I chose to call them five years ago for my first ever plumbing issue as a home owner! I will never, ever take my business elsewhere.

We contacted Hyde Park Plumbing to replace a faucet and trouble shoot/repair another. Both jobs required more work than anticipated and Jeff and Eric couldn't have been more responsive, patient and considerate. This was the second time we have used their services and both times we have been more than happy with their work.

Brook has done a lot of work in my home, installing toilets, fixing a kitchen sink issue, installing a P trap for our AC unit, and he even responded to a middle-of-the-night pipe bursting. He has made it so Hyde Park has become the only plumbers that all the neighbors call! We’ve worked with the other gents at Hyde park and they are all the same in manner and work ethic.
