Boise Plumbing is operated by Mr. Craig Allumbaugh. We have used Craig several times now and each time he's been EXCELLENT---very knowledgeable and skilled, and his charges are extremely fair!

I also want to say---BE SURE TO ASK FOR CRAIG ALLUMBAUGH! Sadly, Craig has had some trouble with a local fraudster who has represented himself as 'Boise Plumbing' to try and steal business. Craig has been operating Boise Plumbing for many years and is as ethical and honest as he can be, which makes it all the more troubling that he's now having to defend his name because of folks who had a bad experience with the fraudster who was pretending to be Boise Plumbing.

Craig called first thing in the morning 10 minutes before he got here to give me a notice. He everything he needed in his bag ready to fix the toilet. Toilet was in working order within 30 minutes or less and was very polite and social.

Craig is honest and does high quality work at a reasonable price. When we did our rough inspection even the city inspector knew Craig's work to be high quality. We converted a bathroom to a laundry room in our new home and Craig resolved the leaky rats nest of plumbing that was done by a previous homeowner years ago and made everything look and work great. We will definitely use Craig for our future plumbing needs.

Justin was quick to answer & designed a replacement scheme for our washer/dryer hook-up. He was prompt, quick & professional.

Justin was on-time, very personable and did a great job evaluating the leak we had in our crawl space, showing me photos/videos of the leak, explaining what he was going to do to fix it, repairing the leak and removing the water. Highly recommend!

Outstanding communication. I called Justin (among a few others) to take care of an emergency plumbing issue.
