This is the second time I’ve needed Juan’s services and he has saved my bacon twice! Very nice man and has years of experience behind him. Other plumbing outfits wanted to charge bookoo bucks just to come and look..lots of water and mud under our house and he just jumped in and fixed it. Other companies would have us wait 3 days to fix the main pipe but he fixed it same day no problem. The first job was a sewer line repair and he. dug and repaired the pipe same day. Unheard of! We were so happy to work with him again. Made our day!

These guys installed my whole house water treatment system, they did a great job and left everything very clean. Very respectful, great service and quality work.

Plumber that came out stated that the entire toilet needed replaced. Due to this being a rental, I allowed him to coordinate with the complex.... even though I have a plumber living in my home, knowing it was JUST a supply line. The plumber that came out was late and had to reschedule multiple times. We were not able to use the toilet in that bathroom for over a week. He left a trail of toilet water mess thoughout my house, and told the complex it was our fault the toilet broke. He also didn't do the job to completion by coordinating with a restoration company to address the water damage. Im appauled by the way this company is ran. Not an honest company at all

Juan Garcia of Double A Plumbing responded to my property manager's service request and called me directly within an hour to talk about my failing hot water heater. He asked a couple of questions and I texted him a couple of pictures. His crew arrived first thing the following morning with a new unit and the replacement was complete by Noon - less than 24 hours after the problem was discovered! This prompt and efficient service was accomplished in the aftermath of a significant winter storm with lots of snow and icy roads. Juan was polite and courteous and he kept me advised of his plans. I highly recommend Double A Plumbing LLC and Juan Garcia. Would definitely use again.
