Went in to get parts for my sprinkler system, the tall older man working the counter was very condescending about wanting to keep using the system I have installed. I don't know if he really didn't know or if he was just pretending to not know. He kept trying to push having a contractor come out to replace my system. I just needed to fix the piping under my sprinkler head. It's not posted on line or anywhere in the store, but I really got the feeling they did not want to deal with the general public. I will not be returning and will advise others to do the same. Also their selection of pressure pvc was not impressive at all. Many empty bins on the shelves. Save your time and go to grovers or Greenleaf instead.

Incredible customer service! Angie the showroom manager went above and beyond to help me in a bind. The amount of knowledge and the extra effort she put forth was amazing! I stopped in because our builder didn't get something in as scheduled and it was holding us up. She called all over and ended up driving to pick up the product herself from their Ontario store as their runner called in sick that day.. all this so I could have it on time!!! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I was looking for new shower hardware and Christina Z. was so helpful and awesome to work with. She answered all my questions, went above and beyond, gave me prices and print outs, and made it easy! She was awesome! Give that woman a raise! Will definitely be going back to standard plumbing supply for future endeavors.

We are building a house and came into the store in Boise needing to buy free standing tubs, inserts, faucets and toilets. When we walked in there was an employee at the front desk. She didn’t say hi or welcome us in, just sat with her chin in her hand and stared at her computer. I was in the store for nearly a half hour. She didn’t ask if I needed help or get off her chair once. Another employee came in and talked (non-business) with her for about 5 min. When we were leaving the store she said nothing. Definitely not impressed with the customer service or help. I had a lot I needed to purchase, but went to Grover’s for it instead.

HVAC guy refuses to sell B vent to general public. Useless. Save time and just go to the big box hardware store instead.

We had the worst customer service experience. We accidentally bought an elongated toilet seat cover instead of a round seat and they wouldn’t return it. The guy said he was the manager but he did not act like one. We were there just days before and planned to buy several thousands of dollars in a bathroom set from their showroom and from their supply room. They treated us so badly for $20. They lost our business and from our friends and family in the service industry too. They were just very rude overall.

Purchased an RO system from here. When installing it a piece snapped due to voids in plastic. I went back to get a different part and all they did was point me in the general direction to get the item. I later found out at another plumbing store down the road that it was a proprietary part that needed to be ordered. I went to return product and show them the defect but they simply said “no and that I should contact the manufacturer” without even looking at the defective part. Once again not providing help. Horrid customer service, rude and condescending! I would avoid this place.

They were quick to respond to a leak in our sink. Would definitely recommend!

Double A plumbing came to repair a rental. They cleared the sink drains initially and were able to find other drain line problems. They cleared both the problems. Thy also did handy work by replacing light fixtures in bathroom and replacing caulk in tile shower. Very professional and kind workers. Highly recommend for others.

The owner is the only employee. Most likely a random fake plumber will come out and over estimate and do it wrong. I lost around 1000$
