The staff is so helpful and willing to go the ten extra miles to find exactly what I need and what I am after. Love the one in one time

I don't purchase hardware there often but they do carry a long line of cleaners, degreasers and replacement parts. 99% of time they'll have what I need!!

Piss poor service. Needed natural gas fittings. No one could help. “Wasn’t their department “. As told to me by both the HVAC guy and front counter guy. What a joke.

Excellent help and knowledge with the guys at the front desk. They go out of thier way to help you find what you need. Products sold are high quality.

Not my favorite supply house. They are quite often out of stock on basic items and are not very concerned about it. Only get help if you ask for it.
I do like that the are also a Home Center now though.

Drove all over boise looking for a balance valve for my repair. Went to grovers and guess what they didnt have it... go figure. As we left i saw Standard and thought id give it a try. Everybody was very upbeat. Talked with the guys in the back. After a few back and forth with part numbers, they had exactly what I needed and for cheaper than what I expected. Thanks guys!

I expected a better selection of PVC/ poly sprinkler fittings. No prices on many and empty bins. I do appreciate the business responding personally in an effort to improve.

Tim is AMAZING!!! He has been SO helpful and we never feel rushed or like he was too busy to help. He has guided us through the process of a remodel and has given us ideas and ways to save money. We just picked up our final items today to finish the master bath. I was super excited to look at my Moen Rothbury Roman Tub faucet and when I opened it to examine it I noticed that Moen sent a faulty faucet but I have no fear that it will be taken care of with Standard Plumbing....We will never shop elsewhere with the quality of service that Tim has given us. He's the only person we have ever seen or dealt with at Standard Plumbing. Go see this guy or call and ask when Tim will be in bc HANDS DOWN in the past 9 months of doing two remodels he is the ONLY PERSON that truly has cared about us and this process.

Brutal customer service experience if you're not an expert. Went in to ask a question and get a price for a part. The guy at the counter had no interest in assisting me and then insulted me when I offered some info that I hoped would inform him on what I might need. I'm not a plumber and that clearly annoys him. Grover's is across the street and prides itself on helping novices. Go there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Condescending...Classless...Don't go here! Don't expect to find HVAC supplies here. The guy at the counter acted like he didn't know what I was asking for as I stumbled through asking for insulated flex air duct.

The guy who runs the contractor HVAC area is extremely rude. I thinking he came in late with a hangover or something. Told me I couldn't be in his area and I tried to explain that I had permission from the employee from Will Call but he just dismissed it. Then gave me wrong information about a company who could help me just to get rid of me. This type of employee is bad for business. Customers are there to spend money, not to be mistreated and turned away. That was my first and last time at Standard supply.

Excellent showroom. Great serviced. They really know there product line.
Would highly recommend purchasing all your plumbing fixtures from them. We purchased a Kohler apron sink along with flange and drain pieces. Great pricing and did I already mention great service.

Just a shout out to Jeremiah for helping us in a pinch. We just started remodeling our master bath this week and had already purchased a 30"-wide shower base/pan. Our contractor double-checked our plans and said we could go with a wider base to gain 2" in the shower. We looked and called all over the Valley to no avail. Our contractor suggested that we call Standard Plumbing Supply. Jeremiah answered the phone and went the extra mile to locate the unit in his warehouse, hold it for us, inspect it on pickup, and loaded it into my vehicle. Jeremiah was friendly, courteous, professional, fast and thorough. He saved our project and timeline. Thank you Jeremiah. The only bad thing about my experience? Discovering a store packed with tons of great stuff that'll have me coming back for more!

I gave these guys 2 stars, no idea if they are 2 star worthy as no one answered the phone, no message, no option for a call back, just rang out. Get a voicemail Standard, it's pretty inexpensive.

I am very impressed with Christina at the Boise showroom. She helped us select faucets, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing needs for our DIY projects. She recommends high-quality products with a great value (not always the high-end prices) and we were very happy with the service and the delivery timeframes. I highly recommend the Standard Plumbing showroom in Boise.

My hope is they start treating their contractors better. So far I'm not impressed and we where exclusively going to them for our supply. No loyalty to us. No worries we'll find someone who appreciates our loyalty. I went in there today and one of the will call guys on the plumbing side apparently wanted to argue with me about nothing. Do you really 🤔 think I enjoy coming to this store to ask you questions you can't answer. Almost 30 years in the Mechanical field and this kid Avery knows more about the field than everyone. Why hire a boy to do a Man's job. In my opinion they need more stock boys keeping track of what's not on the shelves. That's how I think people learn ( not shooting attitude standing behind a desk tell me how you think things should be done . Do it ). George Carlin was right. 😃 🙂

Horrible lazy employees. Maybe walking around might do em some good. I walked in with a valve, asked if he could help, while sitting down points me clear down an isle. Cool, well I had mentioned I don't exactly know what I'm looking for.. I had to walk back to ask what a part was. Sends me back, absolutely zero help. I work for a very big company, I am 100% never ever coming back to this lazy environment. If you're good with that, perfect place for you!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called ahead asking if they had the kind of sink I needed in their showroom and if it would be ok for me to come take a look. The man on the phone was pretty unfriendly but told me that they had a couple sinks I could look at. I told him I’d be right over.

I hopped in the car and headed over. When I arrived the door to the showroom was locked with a sign pointing me to another entrance. When I got to that entrance it said “contractors only”.

Standing out in the rain I called the store again asking if they could let me in. The man was as rude as you could possibly imagine, telling me to go to another entrance on the side of the building. I asked if he could just let me in and he said he was busy with a customer.

So I finally find the door that is open and come in. He is sitting behind the counter talking to another employee. He would not even acknowledge me. Not a “Hi, I can help you in a minute, the show room is that way”. NOTHING.

I decided to just go look at the sinks I came to see feeling incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. I waited for 15 minutes, but he never came to even greet me. Finally I decided to leave. As I left, he refused to acknowledge me or even make eye contact.

I don’t get it. Aren’t you in the business of selling sinks? Why in the world would you treat a customer so rudely??

I would go literally anywhere else at this point to make my purchase.

Once you get past the showroom you are walking into a supply store. Not a big pain in the rear store like some of the publicly listed ones. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and personable. I don't know much about plumbing so it was nice to have someone help me out with finding a solution to the problem I was having. I'm definitely coming back. I didn't catch the guy's name behind the counter but it's around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. I hope the company treats that man well. Thanks for everything guys.
