I bought a swamp cooler at a place I won't say but it wasn't assembled at all. I went into said place that I won't mention and they couldn't figure it out.
So before I gave up and returned it. I was like I'm going to call Grovers and see if they can figure it out. Called and talked to Roy and went in and at first we weren't on the same page of what I needed but then we figured it out. It is currently running now. Thank you thank you Roy for your help. I have shopped at Grovers for over 15 years. Excellent staff and great customer service. Today I went in with a electrical issue at a ceiling light junction box with a switch and other tied in wires and outlets. It was confusing and I couldn't get it to work after searching online. I spoke with Michael who is the electrical expert or one of them. He was great, knew how to wire the switch in and even drew a diagram. I went home and it worked like a charm. Thank you Michael.

My shopping experiences have always been 5 star. After 40 years they gave me the same treatment today. Fast and knowledgeable 5 star service. I was very impressed with the extensive inventory of both electrical and plumbing supplies. I came here because a box store didn't have some of the items I needed for some projects I was working on, but Grover's had them and the pricing was pretty good as well. I like the "pick a number" customized service. It really makes them stand out from other supply houses.

This store has the most knowledgeable staff you could ever hope for when it comes to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical issues with your house. I get the feeling even the cashiers understand how things work and what the right part is. Top to bottom the staff is friendly. It's a real breath of fresh air in a world of Home Depots and Lowe's. I recommend this store very highly.

True Story: I went to Home Depot to buy some fluorescent light bulbs. Not only did they not have any but the clerk (whom I had to search out) said they had supply chain issues. Then I looked at the price. They were charging over $20.00 a piece for them. Soo driving home I passed Grovers. Went in was met with a hello and help from a great clerk. They had plenty!!! The price was around $6.00. I will buy all my electrical and plumbing needs there from now on. Great Store........

Thank you, Rob! Our furnace quit working right as the frigid temps hit our area. Our home was freezing cold in no time. We had a HVAC company come out and quote us over $400.00 for parts & labor and they would take 2-3 days to get the part. Rob found the part in-stock at a price far better than what repair shop had quoted & cheaper than anywhere online--same exact part, no wait. He educated me on the steps and precautions for installing the part and in under a hour, we had out furnace up and running again. Rob saved us so much discomfort, time, and money and was truly a holiday blessing for our family. I cannot thank him enough!

On every occasion I have not only found the exact parts I need but received fantastic advice. The prices are great, quality of products on par with other stores if not better, and advice from every employee has been spot on. I have also found that they carry individual parts to some assemblies (like a sink drain) that the blue and orange stores won't. Definitely my first stop for electric and plumbing needs.

extremely helpful, no nonsense place. the person on the phone was sharp and quick to help me with a AC unit capacitor issue. Drove down and had the right capacitor in hand in no time. Both Roy and Mack were very courteous and eager to help. I sure am a believer in a local store compared to online ordering 😊

The workers are awesome and SO helpful and kind. We had a plumber quote us 6k to finish a plumbing job and the staff here talked us through the process, showed us what we needed to buy, and ended up saving us that money for the project. Awesome store. Megan was super helpful and saved me hours of time that I would have spent wondering around Lowe’s looking for the right fittings. The staff here is super knowledgeable and bring a small town hardware feel to a great store. Stores like this are a treasure, keep up the good work!

The only place you can rely on getting exactly what you need for your home project and can expect to be helped by knowledgeable staff members like Rob. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into Grover with a few pictures of my home project and had my hand practically held through the whole process of what to get and how to do it. For my next project I'm going to Grover Electric & Plumbing.

Janeen was very helpful and did an excellent job helping me with finding all the different kinds of light bulbs I needed, also ordered some harder to find ones.

I normally do not leave reviews, but the extra-ordinary customer service we received from the start of our sprinkler project on Friday to the return of a few extra parts on Monday, and a few visits in between, just could not go without recognition. Merle was amazing! He designed the layout and then helped us adjust when we hit a couple roadblocks. It was amazing that he remembered our names on each visit. Great customer service!

I came in needing a pump with a multiple hose and sprinkler setup to use in an irrigation hole. Not knowing much about it I asked for some assistance. Michael talked me through a few different options and the pros and cons of each level based on pricing. After deciding, he walked me through getting each of the pieces while building the pipe system to attach to the pump. He thoughtfully showed and explained the steps of how it would all be pieced together and the materials I would need. He was able to ask questions about things I didn't know I would need and inform me about maintenance that I would need to perform during the off season.
Additionally, when my pump was having issues I was able to go in and have them help me troubleshoot. Even though it eventually turned out to not be the pump that was the problem (the outlet I was using needed to be replaced) they still replaced the pump without a question at no charge. This was one of the best interactions I've had with a business with stellar customer service.

I came in here with a plumbing issue that was way above my pay grade. The gentleman that was assisting me (wish I could remember his name…) was very helpful and patient. He made sure I had all the tools and knowledge to get the job done. Really above and beyond. I’ll definitely be going out of my way to bring my business back here.
