This is the second time Goodson Plumbing has come to help me. Both times have been great. Today’s visit, Josh was able to quickly identify the issue and get it resolved. Goodson plumbing is now on my contact list. 😀

I highly Recommend GOODSON PLUMBING in Boise. I Had Run some Tests myself to Diagnose a Problem i was having with my Washing Machine Not Getting any Cold Water. After running the Tests, I was convinced the Cold Water "Valve" Needed Replaced. The Plumber, Rob Goodson, DIAGNOSED that there was a Different Problem & His Diagnosed Repair Was MUCH CHEAPER than it WOULD HAVE BEEN, had he REPLACED the VALVE.! Mr. Goodson said that was Not Necessary .. GOODSON PLUMBING DIAGNOSED & FIXED MY PROBLEM & charged me Much Less than Expected! Rob Goodson was HONEST & Only Repaired what was Needed! I had called 2 other Plumbing Companies, and Left a Request for Service , but neither One Contacted Me. ROB GOODSON PLUMBING Called Me Back & Showed Up Right Away! He was Honest & Fixed only What was Necessary. Goodson Plumbing has Affordable Rates & I was very Happy with his Professional Skill.

They've been nothing but professional and efficient. The pricing was fair and they always give candid advice without pressure. I'd highly recommend them again and again.

I cannot say enough good things about Goodson plumbing. I had a water emergency - my shower valve would not engage to turn the water off. Therefore the tub faucet was running at full pressure.
Jayson came out (within the hour!), turned off the water to my house and put in a replacement cartridge. Goodson Plumbing is the best. Thank you.

Goodson plumbing exceeded my expectations by far. Ian and his crew arrived and quickly assessed my drain problem, snaked the plumbing, checked the clean out, and re set the toilet in an little over an hour. The whole team was very professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and pricing was extremely fair and affordable. Called up Goodson Plumbing and Rob the owner picked up. Sent a few pictures and explained my situation…he had Ian out the next morning. They installed a leak detector, relocated a PRV and repaired a drain line. Very fair price and excellent work. The guys showed up on time and did a very clean job. Couldn’t be happier.

Josh was such a great character. He explained to my wife and I what was wrong with our garbage disposal, and some tips and tricks on how to get it running if it short circuits. He was very kind and optimistic!

Jayson was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He even stayed late to make sure my diagnosis was correct and dealt with my home warranty like a pro. Goodson got my hot water back on the same day I called them and I will always trust their work.

I called Goodson Plumbing late in the afternoon and they had two plumbers at my house early the next morning. It wasn’t an emergency. Josh and Jason showed up on time, were very professional and polite. They both put on booties to walk through my house. They diagnosed the problem of a crack in the drain pipe from my upstairs tub. It was not an easy diagnosis as they had to go through the ceiling of my patio to see the problem with the pipe. Couldn’t have asked for better plumbers. Thanks Goodson Plumbing, you’re the best❤️

Horrible customer service and they left are yard to where we have to completely replace the sidewalk after they broke it . Have to redo electrical they left sticking out of the middle of yard not even capped off. The lack of communication also lacking for good customer care. I wouldn’t recommend for anything if you want to be treated with mutual respect, not the company for you. Definitely don’t recommend!

I had Goodson Plumbing come out and snake my drains (3 total).
The guy who showed up was nice and professional. He tried everything he could to snake the drains from ground level but was unsuccessful so he had to access the drains through the vent pipes on the roof. He was very reluctant to do it that way. Ultimately he had no choice. He did a good job and cleared the drains but charged me $540.00 for maybe an hour and a half of work to complete the job. I guess I didn't realize that plumbers charge so much for such a simple job. Next time I'll shop around a bit. I encourage others to do the same if you can.

Given our main sewer line fully blocked with tree roots, I set up a first time appointment with Goodson. They showed up promptly first thing in the morning as scheduled, efficiently confirmed the root cause, and thoroughly cleared it out and cross checked points with a cam to confirm where and likely problem points. They cleaned everything up after. Nice guys who were friendly and approachable, I would definitely refer others.

I can't recommend Goodson enough. From their customer service, and dispatch team, to their tech's on-site. They went above, and beyond in every aspect, making sure our needs were more than met, all at an affordable price point. They've made a lifelong customer of our household.

This is the second time I have used Goodson Plumbing Services and I will not use anybody else. Very courteous, professional and compared to other plumbing companies there pricing is exceptional. The quality of work is nothing less than top notch. If you're not using them you are making a mistake.

They were quick to give us an appointment, had an easy website to use, and the repair person was prompt and efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell us and was honest about what we needed and what he could do and what we needed to look for in the future. It was our first experience with Goodson and I'm happy we're working with them.

We had an active leak at our business. Goodson Plumbing Services took my call first time and had two techs at our location within 45mins of the request. They worked efficiently and were honest. They communicated progress the entire time and were done with the fix as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!

10/10 experience every time. Grovers has incredibly knowledgeable employees who will walk you through every step of your project. I always leave feeling like I know more about how to do stuff around the house than I did the last time.
