Called two days ago during normal business hours. Got VM and left a specific message that I was interested in speaking with someone about water softening options for our home, something they tout quite a bit on their website. Two days later and no response. I guess I'll move on.

Fast response, out to install our soft water tank in less than 2 weeks. Very professional and showed up the day after I told them there was a small leak. No issues.

1st im going to say in alllll my years i have never had a outside faucet that would not turn-OFF😳😳😳so needless to say that we were pretty lucky on a hot Friday afternoon that we were able to get a service call from you..thanks to Ian who was incredibly kind, fast and EARLY he had it repaired in no time and a new one on it!!🤗🤗 He was beyond helpful in showing me exactly where if anything like that would happen again where to turn the water off..never knew that either🤪 EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS GREAT PIECE OF ADVICE!! We had these guys come out and install a hot water heater at our house. They were fast and courteous and professional and had exceptional prices for the install. There was even a small leak in one of the pipes and they were out the very next day to fix it. We will be using this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Best service in the valley! I was blown away. They should get 10 stars.

Had a new water heater installed Sept. of 2022. Went down to the basement today and guess what? The water heater hot connection had a good drip and the carpets and everything was soaked! Of course the leak did not get caught by the pan. I checked the coupler and found it loose with no thread tape. Lesson learned - check couplings for tight connections after the plumber leaves. Now I get to deal with all the water.

The thing that has impresses me about Veterans is their responsiveness and that they stand behind their work if any issues arise. This isn't always the case with businesses so a company like Veterans Plumbing is who I recommend and will use in the future.

We've had some big and unexpected plumbing projects come up. I was feeling defeated with the quotes we had gotten from some big names in the Valley. My uncle, who is a veteran, told me about Veterans Plumbing and from the first call I have received nothing but honesty, reasonable rates, and EXCELLENT plumbing service. I refer Veterans Plumbing to everyone I know and everyone at my work does so as well.
Ian has been called out to do the work at our location several times and has shown exceptional skill, has exceeded customer service expectations, and has also demonstrated the same integrity we received from the wonderful lady who scheduled our services and have grown to expect from Veterans Plumbing.

Not the same company they used to be. I’m guessing they got bought out recently. Won’t use again.

The nice man who came to fix my leaky outdoor faucet tried to get me to replace the entire faucet when I asked him to just replace the seals. He did that, got paid and left. It still leaked. I had me neighbor take a look. Turns out the plumber replaced 1 gasket. He did not replace the cone shaped gasket at the end of the stem and in fact it was torn and flipped backwards. SHAME ON YOU! Terrible business practice!

Excellent service from Toven at Veterans Plumbing today! Toven thoroughly diagnosed the issues with my water softener and provided me with custom solutions. I appreciated his attention to detail, and friendly demeanor. These are the little things that helped make for a great experience today.

Hasib did the rough plumbing for our ADU. The dude is a perfectionist and did a perfect job. The quote was in line and a little lower than everyone else and the quality of the workmanship was incredible. He has a lot of knowledge and Veterans Plumbing is lucky to have him as an employee. He deserves a raise!
