Justin was the 2nd person we had come out, from a different company. The first company didn't fix the issue and then hasn't returned my calls for over a week. Justin on the other hand called me before to inquire more about the issue. He gave me tips for the future and helped me understand what was going on. The comparison between the two companies and technicians is night and day. Don't bother with Rite Away Plumbing. They don't care about their customers enough to return calls.

Super professional, fantastic communication, and clean work. Really happy with our experience, water heater was loaded with sediment and wouldn’t drain, new one was installed quickly and the work looks fantastic and up to code! We’ll be using Justin again for our remodel for sure.

We had some bathroom flooring installed and needed a new toilet put in and the plumber we had scheduled was not willing to come after the appointment was delayed. Justin responded to a warranty service call for my leaky water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue while dealing with my warranty company to obtain authorization for the work. He was friendly, honest and did a clean job. I will be using proactive plumbing in the future to install a sewer receptacle for my travel trailer.

Justin from Proactive Plumbing came out to help fix a leak in my kitchen sink pipes. He was able to quickly determine the issue and solve it. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Our water heater sprung a leak and Justin came out to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem in no time and had it totally fixed in less than an hour. He was super polite, professional, and gave a great explanation of what the problem was, what he thought should be done to fix it and what we could expect it to cost. I also really appreciated that we got a two hour window when we could expect someone to show up.

I met Justin through my Home Warranty program, he was sent out to my home to repair a clogged sink in one of my bathrooms. I decided to update my water valves in both bathrooms and kitchen.
