I had Hyde Park Plumbing replace my water heater and they did a great job. They were very responsive and a delight to work with not your typical plumbers. I also really like the Ward Hooper Original Artwork on the truck.

We have used Hyde Park Plumbing on numerous occasions. They have always responded promptly and resolved the issues we have had completely. Most recently Jeff, Brook, Eric and Dewey had to replace our guest toilet which involved trenching through our garage cement floor and connecting plumbing to existing line. Their work was exemplary.

If this company ever goes out of business it will be a huge loss for homeowners in Boise. Superior workmanship, an iron clad guarantee and true pride in their craft. Took on a challenging sewer task in an 1950 house and solved it. I would, without hesitation, recommend Hyde Park Plumbing. Don’t settle for anything less than the best. Hire Hyde Park.

I can't recommend these guys enough! I recently had an issue with my tub spout that wouldn’t turn off. After calling another plumber who quoted me $700-$1600 within just five minutes of looking at it, I decided to get a second opinion. As a first-time homeowner, I wanted to be sure. Water heater started making weird noises at 5 AM. Called Hyde Park and Brook was here by noon. Turns out the whole unit needed replacing, not just repair work. He had it installed and running by dinner time.

Andy from this plumbing company showed up with a camera when our kitchen sink wouldn't drain for three days. Found tree roots in our sewer line after we'd tried everything from the hardware store. The trenchless repair took half a day and cost way less than digging up the driveway. Still working great a few months later.

Called about low water pressure and ended up learning we needed water line replacement from the street. The trenchless method meant they didn't tear up our landscaping. Whole job took one day and the pressure is fantastic now. Wish we'd done this sooner.

Had main water line burst somewhere under our front yard, Hyde Park Plumbing was able to do trenchless water line repair in quick time, and left our yard intact. I would absolutely recommend to anyone: the communication, service, cost were all great!

Basement flooded during spring thaw. Emergency plumber came out at 11 PM and found a cracked pipe behind the water heater. Zach worked until 3 AM on the leak repair so we could sleep without worry. Came back the next morning to finish the pipe replacement properly.

Hyde Park did proper drain cleaning with camera equipment where the previous plumber just snaked and left. Our rental property in East Boise had a clogged drain that kept backing up no matter what tenants tried. Found the real problem - collapsed sewer line. Fixed it right the first time.

I am a 10+ year repeat customer of Hyde Park Plumbing. These plumbers have stayed the course until each of my plumbing problems was solved. I am always happy to pay their bills. They are courteous and always competent (licensed).

I have used Hyde Park plumbing A couple of times. One was to move a Toilet.They found a leak in an area that we didn’t know was leaking. And told us how to fix it since it was a quick fix Instead of charging us for that. Then we had a new water heater and all the plumbing replaced in a 1950s house. They have always been very punctual, do their best to not cut into walls more than they have to, and even those they left in a very easy fix manner. Their communication is very good as well

Jeff and the team have replaced a sewer line at three of the properties we manage over the course of the last five years. They have consistently done a great job.
