Justin was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. He arrived quickly, gave me a fair price, and replaced my broken toilet first thing the next day. He is such a nice guy and did a fantastic job! If you need a plumber, you should hire this company. You will be happy you did.

Justin returned all my calls in a timely manner. I needed something done quickly and he came out on a Saturday afternoon to install my new water heater. I had called around and no one was available until Tuesday. There’s nothing worse than a leaky water heater. Thanks to Justin I have minimal water damage. He went through everything he was doing and was finished in good time. Now I have a plumber I can count on when needed. I highly recommend Justin and Proactive Plumbing!

Justin was very professional and friendly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through his process. I will absolutely be using him again. He also had a wonderful package deal for hot water heater flushes. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Had "Elevated Plumbing" come out for an estimate while using a home warranty company. Snce they were so highly rates. Elevated claimed changes to the system (by the city) that never happened. They never even verified with them. Voiding my warranty coverage. Then giving me an estimate for over $4300 for a water heater.

I was forced to get a "second opinion". So we used Proactive Plumbing. I spoke with Justin. He was absolutely amazing. He went over the problem, verified the problem, verified with the city and went to bat for me with the insurance company! Even knowing it could cost him a lot of business referrals from the warrant company. Putting his integrity before profit. Absolutely went the extra mile amd EARNED a life customer. I asked for an estimate for the replacement cost. Guess what? Was less than half of the other company!!

If you are looking in our area for a plumbing company that is reasonably priced. Will put your best interest, before lining their pockets....... Call these guys.

Justin was so great during the whole process of needing our water heater replaced. He came out the same day to replace our water heater, explained everything and really made it easy for us. He did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend and will use for all our plumbing needs!

He came to the house the day after Thanksgiving, this leak sprung up the day before Thanksgiving later in the evening.

Justin installed our downstairs bathroom fixtures a couple of years back and did a great job. I loved his attitude and work ethic. He explained what and why he was doing what he was doing.
