I feel so taken care of by Hyde Park Plumbing and I know that they actually care about me and our house. Every time I have called them, I have received the same attention to detail, the same lack of anxiety-producing-panic that I have experienced from other providers, and the same calm and calculated way of approaching whatever the problem is and finding the best solution possible. They don't use hyperbole to try to up-sell anything and they genuinely enjoy doing work that they can be proud of. It is hard to describe the sense of relief in having them to call when we need help and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you to Jeff and the team!

We discovered the water main to my house broke on Monday late afternoon my plumber recommended Hyde Park the took an after hour call and arranged to meet at 9 am the next day. By end of day Tuesday we had all utilities identified and Wednesday first thing a 3 man team arrived and began work. Water was back on by 2 pm Thursday! The crew was polite, responsive texting to keep me updated, careful even with all the digging and clean in my house to access crawl space even as muddy as they all got! Very happy and relieved to have this resolved and would highly recommend them but honestly hope I won’t need them any time soon! Thanks Brook and crew!

I contacted Hyde Park plumbing for a non-emergency job rerouting a section of sewer pipe in the crawlspace. The people I dealt with over the phone were very helpfull and knowledgable, they came and looked at the job and gave me some advice on how to dig up the pipe myself to save some money. When the pipe was exposed they came back and gave me a verbal estimate to do the work discussed. I was surprised by how much they quoted me. Since then I had two other reputable plumbers look at the work, and each of them quoted me one-third of your price. Most of the time when home owners deal with plumbers its an emergency situation and you'd like to think you are getting a fair price; there has to be some trust. Hyde Park Plumbing did not live up to that on my project.

You guys rock. Don and Lisa and all techs. Had a warranty situation on our water heater. They came out and replaced it with no worries . Just can’t say enough. Totally impressed. If you need plumbing services call Viking. You won’t be dissatisfied. Prompt, professional and just what we needed. Hot water !!!

I’m a decorator doing a master bath for a client. I got one estimate that was outrageous. Having had the bath demoed I needed a plumber to work with my contractor. They came out the next day gave me their estimate and started the next day. Johnny Ray and Jeff were great. Along with the master bath, fixed two more problems my client had in his home. It was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them highly.

So this is the second time I have called Viking plumbing. The first was when I had a leak in my main water line. Their bid was 1000 under other bids. Unfortunately they were booked out a way and I needed the repair done immediately but I made a mental note of it. Well recently our garbage disposal went out and Steve came out to check it out. Managed to reset it and pull out what was obstructing it. And charged me nothing for the quick fix. I appreciate this so much that I just had to leave a review. I've finally managed to find a plumber in the Boise area I could trust. Hallelujah!

I was experiencing a water leak at an outgoing hot water connection on our water heater. I was pleasantly surprised with their quick response to my issue. From the time I initially called to the arrival and completion of the repair took roughly 2 hours. While on site, the service technicians were very professional and explained the issue, the steps to resolution, and service costs. Upon agreement, they quickly solved the problem. Very nice folks and would recommend them any time.

This was the second time we used Viking Plumbing and their service was once again excellent. Jordan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our issue. After fixing it, we had another unforeseen second issue surface and Jordan stayed onsite, persevered and fixed that for us as well. We have been extremely happy with Viking Plumbing and are grateful for their hard work, dedication and top notch service.

Again, called on Viking Plumbing for a new plumbing installation. Because of our previous satisfaction with Jordan, he was requested. We were pleased with the work, which was installation of a gas line for a fireplace log set. Jordan's attention to details was appreciated. The log set works as desired. We will continue to recommend the company and Jordan.

We have rentals and Viking plumbing is a crucial part of a great team we put together. Caleb does a great job, he stands behind his work, we have used him multiple times on 3 of our rentals. We are happy customers!

These guys really are amazing! They re-piped my entire house. From the bid to the work to the follow-up, they have been professional, attentive to detail and incredibly friendly. I have remodeling that I need to have done in the coming months. I will definitely use Viking again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Jacob came out to fix two diverters that were leaking while the shower was running. He maintained wonderful communication and came out the very same day I called to give a free estimate. He was back the very next day to fix the spouts and wouldn't leave until it was done correctly and to his and my standards. Jacob was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering all that Jacob had to do. I would highly recommend Viking Plumbing Inc., but most importantly I would recommend Jacob.

Viking Plumbing was able to schedule a service call for a clogged drain while others were not able to. The service technician Don, arrived on time , was friendly, courteous, helpful, and fixed the problem quickly. Because of Don and the companies ability to fit us into a busy week we will use them again.

My kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher were all not working well. Nothing I tried worked, and in fact I made it worse by trying to fix it myself! One call to Viking and they came out, took a look at it, and immediately knew what to do...and didn't make fun of my mistake.

Another time, my shower wouldn't drain, and they not only quickly fixed the problem, THEY LEFT MY TUB CLEAN! I wouldn't have known they were there except that my tub drained perfectly! And when the bill was written up, it was truly the price they advertised and told me on the phone and again before they did the work.

Their prices were great. Having a plumbing emergency never comes at a good time. They went the extra mile while sticking to their prices!

Also, us girls have to be careful who we call and let into our homes. I've had the pleasure of having all three of the guys in my home, and felt comfortable and safe with them there. Thank you Caleb, Philip, and Tyler!

Very pleased with the service! They replaced our toilet same day we called. Vince was prompt, professional, and did a great job with the new installation. We did not want to go out toilet shopping ourselves, and are very happy with the model Vince helped us select. We really appreciate the high-quality service!

I had one company with great reviews bid a toilet replacement for me for $1,000.00. That was not happening! I went to Home Depot and bought my own toilet then started shopping around for a new plumber with great reviews. I found Viking Plumbing. Not only did I save over 60% from the other companies bid, I found my new plumber for all my projects. Their work was great and their company was pleasant. I can't wait to hire them back to replace my Polybutelene (grey pipe) water lines in my crawl space.

We have absolutely no doubts in recommending Viking Plumbing. We got a speedy response to toilets and shower backing up unexpectedly. The sewer line was cleared up after doing camera work to discover tree root damage. At this point we realized the sewer pipe did need to be replaced. Ron and Lisa in the office were professional, kind and patient with trying to get this scheduled. Ben and Austin worked tirelessly to remove, replace and move the new sewer pipe. When faced with any problems they worked their way around them quickly and effectively. Both Ben and Austin were professional, on time and worked very hard to achieve the job through to an approved inspection! We were hugely impressed with Lisa who was always on hand to advise and guide us through the process and status. All in all a really happy experience and we are 100% satisfied with the results and would heartily recommend!

We've hired several plumbers to fix a bad kitchen sink clog that was deep in our system. None of them would listen to us about how bad the issue was or where we thought it was in the system. They would just snake the drain and then charge us $200+, and our issue would be back in a week or two. So we were apprehensive to call a plumber. I called around to a few places, and the receptionist at Viking was very nice and listened to our issue. She then sent out a plumber named Ben who also took us seriously. He spent about an hour trying to figure out where the issue was and it ended up being where we suspected. He then spent about two hours tackling what he said was about a foot-long section of a compacted grease clog very deep in our drain. Because he labored to get all the grease out rather than just poke a hole in it, we are confident that our issue is fixed. He also told us that if the issue comes back within 3 months, they will come back out and fix it for free. Oh, and his 3 hours of work only cost us $221. Amazing! We are very impressed with these guys.

We had a sudden leak that was causing water damage. Steve was our main guy for most of the job, he and his team were awesome! Very professional, showed up every day until it was done, and tested everything thoroughly. The fixtures they installed look great and he gave us some really good advice for future work. First contractors I've worked with in Boise that show up consistently and do great work.
