Same day service to get our kitchen sink draining again. Matt was great! Unclogged the sink and then cleaned up the job site as well! Made sure everything was draining properly and double checked for leaks. Very happy with the service!

Had an awesome experience with Johnny, Zach and Carlos. My extra request to move the location of the external hose bib was handled quickly and everything was done and cleaned up within the hour.

Allstar plumbing has been to my home for several different projects. Johnny does everything to perfection and is very personable and professional. Carlos does a great job too. I have no concerns letting them come to my house when I am not there...very helpful.

All Star Plumbing came and replaced our entire antiquated drainage pipe infrastructure in less than a day. I had expected it to take 2 - 3 days of intensive work and had reserved a hotel room for the family. Honestly I am in shock at how much money and time we saved hiring them. This is a rare company that has clearly invested in building up expert teams that work incredibly well together.

I hired this company to install a new kitchen sink and faucet, and everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Matt left me a pre-arrival message and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. The results are fantastic. He went above and beyond by offering to discard the packaging materials for me, and also hauled the old, outdated sink/faucet away. I will recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all future upgrades!

We had an emergency flood issue with our basement sump pump December 26. My regular plumber wasn't available but All Star was willing to come that afternoon. The pump clearly wasn't working even though it was less than 3 years old. The plumber told me he didn't know exact price to replace it but said it would be in the $1200 range, possibly more. The more because they would have to break up the concrete lid on the pump..... He didn't know how else to get in there. That was a shock since my regular plumber charged us $300, including installation AND he did it without breaking concrete. I paid the guy $85 for serious lack of knowledge and a huge waste of my time. My regular plumber came the next day, used a hammer and screwdriver to unseal the lid, pulled up the broken clogged pump and put in a new one within an hour. And charged me NOTHING because the pump was thankfully under warranty. I feel that the All Star plumber lacked knowledge and tried to take advantage of the situation by quoting a ridiculous price. Or maybe he just didn't want to deal with the job and quoted high so I wouldn't go forth. Either way I will not use this company again and will not recommend.

All Star Plumbing & Restoration is an honest and hardworking group. I recently had a significant amount of water damage and plumbing work that needed to be done. This job included cleaning up mold, cutting drywall/patching/painting, toilet install, tub overflow/drain pipe replacement, underlayment replacement, new vinyl floor install, trim installation and caulking.

Part of the job included a minor mistake on a toilet install which they responded to immediately. All I did was call their 24 hour phone number and the owner himself picked up. He offered to come out that night but we determined it wasn’t necessary and instead he had a crew come out first thing the next morning on a Saturday. They showed up as promised, fixed installation and completed the rest of the job that was originally scheduled to be done the following Monday.

They were more than fair with their pricing and great service. For example, they even went to the extent of taking off their shoes before they came into our house and was very courteous the entire time. I do estimates/pricing for large projects every day for a living and I know they not only gave me a great deal but included superior service on top of that!

Extremely disappointed in this company. Such a let down! They were quick to come in and install a brand new water heater. However that water heater is now leaking and a week later nothing. Jennifer doesn't answer calls and doesn't respond back in a timely manner. I dont want your services, i just want people to be aware of how you do business.

I had Johnny from All Star Plumbing come out over the past week and give me a bid for installation of a large dog washing and grooming station in my Garage. He came out today and performed the work - on time and on budget!!! It is not the first time I have used All Star - my experience has always been the same over the past 15 plus years!!!

I was so impressed with All Star Plumbing. We woke up the day before Christmas Eve only to find out our water heater was not working. The company was able to get someone right out to the house. Matthew Dealy was so polite and provided us all of our options. He thoroughly explained every aspect. He tirelessly tried to find a part for our 16 year old water heater but was unable to get one unless we wanted to wait 5 days (due to the holidays) without hot water. We ultimately decided to replace the system and Matthew had a new one in our home within 2 hours. He was so respectful and kind including explaining other concerns with our water softener etc. I NEVER felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell us and he made me feel like I could totally trust his advice and workmanship. I would highly recommend All Star plumbing and Matthew! We were very pleased with the work and the cost to replace our water heater...especially two days before Christmas! Thank you Matthew!

One of the better customer service experiences I've had in any industry. Johnny was extremely professional when providing us our assessment and quote. We needed to add to our quote and Jennifer in the office was not only friendly and professional, but extremely prompt. We got an appointment for our plumbing repairs much quicker then I expected and the work was done in top notch fashion. I don't have a lot of experience with local plumbers, but it's safe to say this company has to be one of the better ones out there.

All star plumbing was amazing! When our sink backed up and nothing was working they were able to come out right away. Carlos explained everything in a way that made sense and had the sinks working in less than an hour. He also answered all of my questions and listened intently as my 4 year old was telling him a bunch of random information.

Matt did an excellent job helping us fix our water heater issue. He was kind, finished all the repairs quickly, and cleaned up after he finished his work. Would highly recommend All Star Plumbing. Ask for Matt, he is awesome at what he does!

All Star plumbers did a fantastic job of replacing my defective hot water heater and unclogging a blocked drain at my home.
I've had them out to work on my rental property in the past, and they continue to do good work.

Was recommended them by another plumber....Giving two stars because they DID answer the phone and show up promptly. Unfortunately I've been doing this long enough to know when a gouging is occurring, $1400 estimate for a job that would take the average homeowner 2-3 hours to do. But that wasn't the worst of it....the technician LIED and said a shut-off valve was not working and needed to be replaced when it clearly worked (making it non emergency into an "emergency") Fortunate to have a tenant who was willing to have water off for the night...unfortunately this happens often, and people see $$$$ when it's a rental property.
